50–65cm Dolls Volks DD Utena & Anthy (box opening)

    1. Last Tuesday these gorgeous lady were waiting for me :). What a wonderful surprise after both a doctor's and a dentist's appointment on the same day *_*.


      They are my first DDs so I was extra exited. But let's move on to the pictures:

      As they are my first DDs (or vinyl dolls in general) I am a bit terrified about staining them on accident. So I ordered some stain prevention stuff from Volks and store them in white clothing. But let's see what happens. At least I read I don't need to worry about mellowing that much.
      Anyway in case you are curious about the lining of the fullset ouftifts:

    9. Thanks for sharing, and congrats! I'm waiting on my Anthy to arrive, she'll be my first DD/vinyl doll too. (And my first fullset! hoo boy so many firsts) I especially appreciated photos of the lining.

      Yeeess I thought that was such a good coincidence when I opened them. They can't stand to be apart :).

    12. I just got her this morning, and you were right! My mom asked to take photos of me opening her just like when I was little and she'd buy me big lego sets. :XD: I will share photos eventually, I plan to make her other outfits from the show and I'll definitely share those.
