VOLKS - Angels Descending Upon Tenshi-no-Sato

I was just wondering the same thing. How awesome! Man... I've managed to convince myself so far that I do NOT need a Yo-Tenshi. Must.... not.... lose.... resolve! Eeek.
I love the SD sized additions to the FCS head line up. They're both so sweet looking. And SDGR! OMG, so awesome!!! Many new possibilities just entered my tiny little brain. Wow. So many great things are going on. Thanks to everyone who shared pictures!

Mm, the SDGr body will look amazing in Tan! I have a Aiden, a SDGr Minoru, and I have a hard time keeping clothes on him because of how much everyone who knows him likes his body. >_< At the LA Volks store, they told me their Minoru gets stripped down at least twice a week. XD Probably a good plan to release the body in the FCS.

Awww, the Tenshi dolls are so cute! Too bad I'm still broke from Aiden. XD

 

LOL, it sounds like Volks should make a swimwear line for their SDGr boys to wear. It really is one of the most beautiful boy bodies I've ever seen.

 

Wow, F-45 is super cute! She looks like Kun and Charlotte mixed together. I can't wait to see user pictures of her in the future.

The graffiti body being released via FCS is almost difficult to believe! I'm glad that it will increase the chance for more people to get it.

The Limited Wigs look like they might be mohair!!! (at least they might be affordable). The F-46 on a SDGR, not as affordable, but I like him a lot.

I'm surprised and excited for the addition of SDGr to the FCS options. Even though it might not be available at VolksUSA, I'll definitely plan to do a FCS in person at Sato or through a service in 2011! Need this body in normal and tanskin!

 

Oh the tenshis are so cute! I would love to bring home Konomi!^_^

Holycrap, that F46 IS eleventy-six kinds of adorable. Jeeeeez! He and sister F45 have a similarly daffy kind of smile; they remind me of the SDC sculpts, like Renee and Ryu, with similar smiles. They're both really cute.

Glorious tan sleek SDGr model...! : Wowwww. How delicious is that. Now it's time to fantasize about sunlight heads to go with it.

(Maybe this body being FCS means now they'll make more skinny pants, that'll fit those skinny boys better than SD13 pants do. That'd be excellent.)

 

Oh my god, I'm so screwed... It will be very hard for me to resist replacing all my boys' bodies with the Graffiti body! Especially now that I can get a white one for my Chris... Argh, Volks! Whyyyyyyy~

I'm still waiting for them to revise/update the MSD body though...maybe someday!

 

Konomi is so sweet with her happy smile, large eyes, and button nose!!! What a cutie!! I didn't realize that their wings were jointed until now! How cool is that?

I looked them up, and appearently Konomi means "fruit, nut, or berry", while Tsugumi means "a thrush"! I love the thought of Konomi being a little berry, while Tsugumi is a little bird!! So much cuteness!!!

SD F-45 looks so much like a mix of MSD F-20, Kun, and Renee!! I can't see any Charlotte in it, but maybe I'm not looking in the right place. Either way, I can't wait to see more pictures of it!!!

That is how it has worked with the other outfits, so lets cross our fingers!

 

The Origin has a more arched back and is slightly different proportion wise. It is meant to look the original SD oldskin torso. There are some really great comparison pics out there on the forums if you search for Volks Origin body. EDIT: Ok, I cannot find it for the life of me, I have no idea where the pictures of I was thinking of are...sorry =(

I finally got my own Yugiri about 3 months ago. I am so happy she will be released again because I have seen so many people posting looking for this pretty and strange girl.

 

Here's a thread that compares the oldskin SD10, pureskin SD10, and swarriko SD10 girl bodies, I'm not sure if the "origin" body is in there.

And here is a thread that is trying to get a body comparison of every Volks body type that's been made. I hope this helps!

Wow, what an update! I'll admit, I'm surprised by the addition of the SDGr body to the FCS line-up! But pleasantly so Now if they'd just hurry up & add Rinon to the FCS line-up, I'd be super-happy!

For those who asked before, from what I can tell these are all Sato-only FCS releases. The new items usually are Thanks, Ria, for all the pix!

So far, it's looking like a Sato-only event. Gahh, I really want those wings... Are there online after parties for Sato events? ;;

Here's some info for people willing and able to trek it to Tenshi no Sato:

According to this link, how you get Tsugumi, Konomi, Yugiri, and the jointed wings (in Maple color) is: 1) Get to Tenshi no Sato on 10/9 by 9am, 2) where they'll confirm that you're a VS/VIP member, 3) they'll do a lottery for the people there, 4) they'll pass out purchase tickets to the winners and staple those tickets to their invitations (not sure what this is), 5) Winners have until 3pm to pay, 6) and 4pm to pick up their dolls.

For the Mohair wigs and shoes (which are sold first come, first serve): 1) Go to Tenshi no Sato on 10/9 from 10am, 2) where they'll confirm that you're a VS/VIP member, 3) Go to the basement 1st floor to the shop.

If they have leftovers from this event, it will be available first come, first serve on 10/11 at 10am at the Sato. They'll also check for membership there.

Also, the new FCS items won't be available to order on the event day (10/9). They'll start taking orders for them starting from 10/11.

 

mhikaru: The Volks decending angels event doesn't have an after event. Usually if they have special wings they sell out

 

So sad about that Aree, I love Yuguri. and I don't even want to think about jointed wings. Wah.

 

I'm a bit relieved that it's a semi-complicated process to get Konomi. My wallet would be in danger if it were easy, but I don't want her enough to jump through hoops. :3

 

That is down right tragic about them having no after event! I really wanted to get my grubby little hands on those wigs.

 

Stella Maris : Tell me about it the Volks descending angel events causes me great agita especially when I want one of the angels. I shudder to think what the second market on the wings would be. Though leave it to Volks to create more wings I need to acquire somehow


mclamm7: The wigs are really lovely I'd be pining too but Leeke sells similar style to the one I would have wanted. I actually just got one for Miyako. Since my tastes really run to the tenshi styling of Volks I do find the Sato only tenshi offering very tragic

Yugiri is lovely but luckily for me is too large for my home. I'm more in trouble trying to plot how to get Konomi and wings home somehow.

 

The F-46 in on an SD boy body, right? Does anyone know how interchangeable are heads between SD10 boys and girls?

 

They're the same size, so if it fits one, it will fit the other.
