Resolved Vitarja

I've been buying some Soom Chesire Jnr Parts from Vitarja and paid on the 30th of December (my time).
They advised me that they couldn't ship until the 10th which was fine with me.

They confirmed my payment on the 3rd of January and asked for my address. I replied with my address but haven't heard from them since.
I messaged them last Monday but it seems I might have just missed them and they haven't been online for the past week. Getting very worried 'cause until then the communication had been within a day

I messaged again today in a new conversation, just in case the messaging system had malfunctioned.

A friend suggested opening this thread in case their messaging isn't working at all for them or if someone knows them.

I really hope nothing has happened to them and they're okay!

Vitarja responded to me earlier (sorry I was at work). Still awaiting shipping but in the matter of no communication, this has been resolved. Thank you!

 

I can't have possibly known that if you didn't contact me for almost 3 weeks. I had to find your instagram just to make sure something terrible hadn't happened to you. I was legitimately worried.

But as I said before, this paging thread has been resolved, you contacted me. It has been shipped and I shall leave appropriate feedback once it arrives.

The items have arrived and they are lovely so this transaction is officially concluded I have left feedback and I definitely no longer need to page Vitarja.
