* What did you order? I ordered a 12mm pair of pale gold urethane eyes.
* When did you order? May 23rd, 2013
* How was the communication? Communications were really fast and pleasant.
* How easy was it to pay? Easy, paypal.
* How long did it take to ship? May 27th was when it shipped. It got here on June 10th.
* Were there any missing or broken items in your order? No. The eyes were nicely packaged. The eyes were in a little plastic case for extra protection.
* Would you order from this company again? Absolutely. It was a reasonable price for a nice product. I am very happy with my purchase.

* How was the communication? Christine was lovely to talk with very fast and very friendly.
* How easy was it to pay? Super easy, Paypal
* How long did it take to ship? 14 days. Exactly.
* Were there any missing or broken items in your order? NO all was perfect. The packaging was super well done and protected my eyes very very well.
* If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? They forgot to let me know it had been shipped and were very pleasant in updating me when I asked. She was very very good at keeping in contact with me the entire time.
* Would you order from this company again? Yes I would, without a second thought. There were no scratches no bubbles and best of all nothing was broken~
I can't say enough good things about these eyes.
