Villitunes -- Mizuki Cyclops, Mimi-chu, Bunnycorn, Etc.

If the shipping schedule on the website holds true, we could start seeing Loppi-moon shipping next month! I'm just going to try and expect mine in June though, so I don't start getting impatient for her to ship.

 

I spoke to Villi on IG the other day because I was worried that the closed factories in China would effect her shipping times, but she did confirm that Loppi-moon won't be effected! I'm so excited to get my pink one too! ^_^

 

Okay so update, I have a secondhand loppimoon on layaway and I'm so excited?? Amazing timing, I feel luck pouring down on me.

 

Was someone selling their preorder? I haven't seen any make it home yet!

 

Villitunes website was that Loppi-moon and Mizuki sending time is April, May and June

 

I know hahaha. That's why I was wondering where a secondhand one came from. Occasionally Villi sells special one-offs (atelier_cynamon has a red Minami although no one else will have their for many more months), so I was wondering if that was the case here or if someone was just selling theirs before receiving it.

Ugh...still kicking myself for missing the preorder of Loppi-Moon. They're so adorable. I am praying so hard to find one on the second-hand market. They're the exact sugary goodness that my life needs right now. I hope you all share your little ones here when they arrive.

Can anyone keep me occupied with some Mizu spam in the meanwhile? I'd love to hear about them too. Hope they're sturdy enough to withstand lots of travel because the second a Loppi or Mizu enters my life they'll be dragged everywhere.

 

I saw on the notification of the delay for shipping a comment by someone. They asked how much Mizuki and Loppi-Moon were, and she got an answer of a price and layaway terms. It might be that you could email Villitunes and order one, even though they are out of the order period.

Oh right, and the quarantine has delayed shipping.

 

I don't know what language the website is in, can someone tell me? My mind is kind of fried after working all these shifts......

Well, I am counting myself amongst one of the luckiest people ever this week. Somewhere in the Summer season I'll be able to call myself the proud owner of a beautiful Loppi-Moon. Not only that but as I'm typing this an adorable preloved Mizuki is making its way home to me. I'm absolutely over the moon with happiness.

@derilan85 The website of Villitunes is in Russian but I believe you can have most of it translated to English if you want. If you need any help with anything don't hesitate to ask.

 

Siara- Thank you for the info, Villitunes got back to me I have Minami on layaway with her, she will be my only 1 but I will spoil her rotten with gifts.

I'm so stressed out about my little Mizuki. She left her previous home on the 14th and reached my country on the 16th but she's currently stuck in limbo.

On that note my little Mizuki finally arrived, both me and the seller were getting antsy. I am really excited about her and plan to do a review soon on instagram so follow me if you're interested. I'm still debating on her name but for now I've dubbed her Oonagh (pronounced ou + na). We'll see if it sticks after a while. Already debating getting her a brother or sister. I'm such a sucker for tinies.

 

Has anyone from last year’s Loppi-Moon and Mizuki order gotten theirs yet? I haven’t heard anything about shipping and she posted on the website that dolls were coming in from the factory and she would be sending the first bunch out. Since I never got an order confirmation email but I do have Paypal records, I’m worried I got overlooked.

 

She did their make up and eyes in this month. So I guess that she has not shipping them yet
Do you have ig? I think she updates there more than website. And you can ask her why you dont get confirmation e-mail and if there is something else you wanna ask,she usually anser pretty fast

She also just mentioned that the other half of the spring preorder just arrived to her. They were suck in customs for a really long time!

 

She did get back with me finally, it is a relief. Now I will go back into wait hiding. Someone post more pictures in the mean time while I lurk about. I’d especially like to see what kind of clothes other than the company outfits people have made.

 

Russia was really strict with their with the pandemic, I had a parcel that sat in their customs for months because they didn't let anything in or out. I think she only is starting to work on dolls and sort them for shipping within the last month, and I don't know if she has another job, too.

 

My Loppi-Moon arrived on Friday and I was so excited for her to finally arrive, I got her in green tea, I just need to make her a wig and clothes now

Hey everyone! I bought a Mimi-Chu secondhand in yellow, she's so cute! She smelled really bad unfortunately, the seller failed to mention they smoked some kind of water pipe. I can't wash the smell out of the clothes though, I'm gonna have to buy some new ones.

Which brings me to the question: is there a list of clothes that fit the dolls? I've been unsuccessful in my google spree A seller on Etsy said OB24 dresses might fit, but I would love to hear your opinions before I spend cash on clothes that may or may not fit haha

 

Unfortunately I have no idea what clothing fits Mimi-Chu. I hope other owners come forward soon to help you out. Congratulations on your lovely girl though. Do you have any photos to share with us?

I'm blessed to own three little Villitunes babies right now. Two little Mizuki (Candy Pink and Violet) and a gorgeous Loppi-Moon (Green Tea). I'm really contemplating adding more to the pack. They are some of my favorites. Their happy colors and childlike innocence just never cease to make me smile.

I did a little body showcase earlier. I figured I'd link it here for people curious about the little ones.

 

For the smell, I recommend soaking them in water with plenty of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide, and a nice smelling laundry soap. You would be amazed at how much smoke smell a long soak can get out.

For new clothes, I've had success with Blythe crop tops and high waisted dresses. Her hips are too large for Blythe stuff so you just have to be careful of that! Some barbie tops also fit

Oh that's a great dress, I'll have to try and see how well they'd fit! I don't have many pictures as of yet, since the wig I bought just slips off her head I ended up buying an outfit for Poulpy, needed some tailoring but fits really nicely now! She came with the hat, but she doesn't wear it often as it still smells after 4(!) washes

 

My little Minami is on her way home, can't wait to get her and take some pictures of her!

 

OMG!!! SHE"S HERE!!!!! And what perfect timing as I have been fighting a bad infection hoping it won't effect me from taking pictures! Her box, makeup, EVERYTHING is A+++++++! I am in love!

I was told my mizuki and loppi-moon would send out on June 28th, but no word from villi, she has not been posting, or answered my email asking for tracking number. I hope she is okay! My chocote will be so happy to have new alien family ♡

 

I broke down and got a Loppi in green tea this preorder... they're just too cute!

I also love the clothes, Villi has such a fun style.

I'm new to ball joint dolls but I just fell in love with a yellow Lamoon doll! I was just wondering if anyone knew if Minami Vilitune sized dolls were that different? Theres this bunny lolita outfit that I want to get but its for Minamis T^T

 

I think only Mimi-chu can share with Lamoon, they have a shared shop section on the site, while Minami is separate.

 

So I've been eyeing Villitunes for a while and I'm so happy to finally have one! I've wanted a Mizuki for a couple years but never bit the bullet on one. But I was able to trade for a Lamoon. She arrived yesterday and I am smitten. I am SO surprised that I actually have a lot of clothes that fit her in various sizes. I even had shoes already! I'm currently sick but when I'm feeling better I'll make a list of all that I've found that fits her. Even some vintage items. Ginny doll dresses make perfect tops!

For now here's my little Saki. I changed out her company eyes and the little stars on her cheeks were added by her prior owner, but I had to peel one off and re-glue it due to it being off centered enough that it bugged me. She may get a new top eye eventually. I didn't realize the top eye is 12mm and I don't have much in that size atm. She also wears 6-7" wigs, with her head being right at 7". I plan to order her a wig later once I decide on color. Saki is currently wearing a Blythe top, Villitunes jumper, Barbie socks, and vintage shoes I pulled off a porcelain doll. Purple eyes are glass 14mm from Luts and the white eye is a glass 12mm from Dollmore.

 

She looks fab! I think after I get my Loppi-moon later this year I'll be on the hunt for a Lamoon in the future, too....

 

I'm already trying to figure out if I can swing for a Loppimoon since they seem to still be for sale on the website? I'm a bit confused though because the listing shows "Preorder period from july 31, Sending in , April - may - June 2022". So are they available still? And the more I look at Loppimoon, the more of love them over Mizuki. Does Loppimoon still come with bunny ears? I don't see them on the website photos.

 

I think they're number-limited, not time limited. But not 100% sure.

 

It is very confusing, I ordered and wasn't sure it would go through because the information isn't very detailed. Aparently you can still order them, and once she stops taking orders she won't be doing orders for these again for several years. If you want one I would definitely get in on the order now. When I ordered it didn't give a shipping date of this year, it was an old date which also confused me. Hope that helps.

 

Villi said the estimated shipping for Mizuki/Loppi should be sometime in Spring.

I asked Villi on IG some questions about Loppimoon and was told the same estimate. And that they do still have bunny ears included! Was all set to buy a blue one on a coming date BUT THEN THAT NEW REVEAL. Chunky/thick dolls are my weakness and this new one seems like the big baby aesthetic but in a 1/6 scale. So now I'm hesitant on the Loppimoon. Has it been announced how much they'll run yet? I ask because I looked into the spider sculpt and it was very pricey from what I expected, and if this new chunky one is going to be up there like that then I wouldn't be able to afford one either way and would get a Loppimoon after all. >.<

 

Yeah, I'm also curious on their price point. I know Luts is going to release new centaurs this year sometime and I have to budget for one of those, so I hope Villi's new girls won't be close to Kimiko in price or I may have to hold off this time...

 

Yes, depending on the price of them, I might be tempted as well. The one with three eyes is gorgeous

 

My Lamoon, Saki, got a proper wig. This is a mohair wig on a hard cap from etsy that I took a chance on. It was made for a Monst doll head which has the same size as Lamoon but the shape is a bit different. So the wig is slightly big which is not a problem. My tiny army is becoming a rainbow.

I just got my Mizuki finally! I've wanted one of these adorable alien cyclops for years, but I've always missed out on them for one reason or another. I'm so excited to finally have her, and actually really impressed with some of the poses this weird little body can do. Now to pick a name, decide how to paint her, and figure out how to make her a little spacesuit

No it wasn't from the preorder. I wasn't able to order then, I was able to snag this one secondhand.
I know villitunes was affected by the war in Ukraine, so thats probably why she's been so quiet lately. I'm not sure where exactly she's located, but I know there was a while that she didn't have access to paypal (and Instagram too I think, she posted a list of other ways to get in contact, and hasn't posted as much since)

 

Ahh that yellow resin is such a nice color! And what an adorable little cyclops bean. Congrats on the new cutie! For a name, could always go with the obvious Banana. Or mix it up with Plantain.
