Took a reference photo of my tan resin today so I figured I'd share for if anyone needs it. These are all indoor lighting but I'm hoping to add outdoor lighting pics soon. Left row top to bottom; Iplehouse Special Real Skin, Luts Real Skin Brown, and Doll Family A Tan Right row top to bottom; Fairyland Tan, Myou Tan, and Myou Coffee
Thanks a lot for posting this, I've been thinking about getting a tan doll recently and I've been trying to figure out what kind of tan I like the best!
I've been looking for a new body for my caramel Cerise Doll without any luck. Looked all over and even bought 3 bodies in various shades of tan, all terrible!. I pretty much gave up after a nasty email from Denver Doll after returning the third body -- their customer service is awful. Looks like MYou tan is about right. Thanks for the comparisons.
This is awesome! I have on order two of the MYou coffee bodies for tan Little Rebel heads. This helps me feel a lot better about the resin match.
Oh yeah, DFA tan is suuuper light. It looks more like a slightly tanned caucasian color than an ethnic tan. Not really a fan of it tbh
Myou tan has a lot of orange/red tone in it and is quite a bit different from Fairyland tan. So I would say that Myou Coffee is closer because it would be easier to blush Myou Coffee to match Fairyland Tan.
Yep, Myou Coffee is lighter than Fairyland Tan. I no longer have Fairyland Tan resin unfortunately, so not able to help with a better pic at this time. Still have plenty of Myou though.
No worries, that was my primary question since I'm getting a head in a fairyland dupe tan resin to match an myou. I can just dye down the lighter head this way. Thank you very much for your help!
