Shipping USPS tracking

"Label created, not yet in shipment" means the seller has printed a label at home, but not dropped the package off at the post office or had the mail carrier pick it up yet. Though I really don't understand why it would go from departing the country back to unshipped, that doesn't really make any sense. Maybe a glitch in the system? You might try tracking on 17Track -they can track any international package and often have more accurate information.

 

In my experience, USPS tracking on international packages goes bonkers once it leaves the US. Usually it's just radio silence until one day it says "out for delivery!" But I've seen some weird nonsensical updates, too. I'm not sure what to make of your tracking update but I'm not entirely surprised by it either.

 

I am in the UK I had the same thing with USPS tracking last week on some doll wigs that I’d bought. When I checked the tracking # in parcels app instead of the USPS website the tracking showed with normal updates^^

 

I've had that happen with international tracking, where it changes to label created when it enters the new postal system, both going out of and into the US. Parcel monitor seems to have pretty reliable international tracking
