no offence but you had to change it coz u satined the cheek with a gloss. after you wrote that to me i decided to change the look, not before. it's understandable that you don't remember the details coz it was back in january.

 

whole situation is just ridiculous. you pm'ed me you're done with my boy, sent me pics. later on you wrote you have to redo it and asked if i want any changes, so i took the oportunity. if he would have been ready to ship i wouldn't ask for any.
i'm sorry but i cannot possibly stay shut when after 6 months on your list i was removed from it, just because you felt like it.

 

Lynsey, you took the commissions in september so it is 6 months for me to wait for my faceup. you have the head 4 months now. i won't take it to pm as long as you'll be trying to make yourself look better on my cost.

sleep_pattern, the point is that i want her to make my faceup but after ONE pm, that i showed impatience she took me off the slot, and said she wont be doing my makeup. since january my head was "her priority" and i ended up with nothing in the end. i waited 6 months in vain. i didn't even seen the head she has once (but that is non of her fault) and i feel really disaponted.

 

i have not in any pm to you wrote that my head devalueded because of you. or devalueted at all. you gave my your lenghty explanation stating at the end that you are droping my head out of the list without any explanation.

i never stated i don't want to wait any longer. from the very firts message i was writing that i'm waiting for my head to be complited. i have never wrote to you that you own me more that i paid. in fact i paid you 70$ not 85, and the quotation is not even from my message to you. only thing i wrote was that it is unfair of you to cancel my commission not only because of the time i waited but because of the drop of the currency and shipping rates, because of what i'll lose the money. at that point i did not know that you will cover the shipping costs.

as i wrote before. if you wouldn't ruined the makeup i would not ask you for changes and be content with what i got, coz he looked good. i even wrote you a pm that i decided on changes coz you suggested if i want any you will change it. you wrote it's not a problem. i have all pms stored it in archive. i simply can not understand why you are writing not truth.

you have decided from the very first message i left you that you will not complite the commissions. i had no other choice as to accept refund. i paid for the shipping to you as did lilin, if you don't have the informations just don't make your own to cover me with some dirt. what demnads? i only wanted you to paint my head. sorry that i didn't want to accept the refund but wanted painted head insted.

first of all you are lieing. i've got all the pms from you, and i have all the pms i have sent you. if you will still try to accusse me of things i not did i'll have to post the exact quotations, coz i will not bear with accusations that are totally made up on your own convenience.

but she had to paint a new faceup. i even wrote to her if the changes i pointed are a problem i'm content with how he looked in the first place. she did not remove the faceup because of me but of herself.

i'm really fed up with this now. what made me furious was that she put things i have never wrote to her in the first place as my own lines.

L. is a great faceup artist, but she manages deleyed commissions badly, and when i pointed it to her, for the very first time yesterday, she wrote me in reply that she won't do my head.

CalfLove, i'm a commisioners myself, i know how it is to have a delay and how it is hard to manage the time frames.

If I have "every right to be impatient", and we've been patient till now, why are we refused after one PM that expressed our impatience?

So no, it wasn’t about the fact that you were trying to explain but we weren’t happy.

no, you wrote that changing the faceup to my liking was her good will, so i replied to you that after she wrote to me that she have to remove it, i'd like to go with some changes, but if she prefer to go with the previous look once again and it's some kind of a problem for her to make those changes, i'm fine with that. i didn't wrote that i wanted stained makeup. hope it claryfie it.

yes, she has stated in her thread her limit frame is up to 8 weeks, i know that thingh happen so 2 days ago was a first time i have pm'ed her about being frustrated.
i've got only one pm from her about the progress in this 4 months, that is when her airbrush died.
maybe i'm hasty but i have not said a word when she made an event and painted a head on the spot, even though she had a list of of ppl that paid her for a makeup quite earlier. her choice.
if she had tried to amend the problem this thread would have not been here in the first place. instead of amending she writes that i said that she devalueted my head (not true), that i demands more money from her that i have paid (not true), she decide to drop me after a couple of demanding pm's (not true). i've just wanted to get the service i paid for. yes, maybe i shouldn't have write in her thread to another user who showed some waiting concerns that i'm waiting quite a while now, but it would have ended the same, coz lilin who did not write anything in public got droped after one pm also.

I must say that this topic and this case is a problem for me.
I would like to ask for changing thread title to "Unsatisfactory Transaction with Lynsey" or something similar which would reflect it's contents.

 

Please update this thread with resolution in the way of commission payments refunded in full and the heads returned.

 

I would like to see what is in my case considered to be "unappreciated action". PM.. esp. one PM is only written word therefore "spoke" not "action".

"spoke to me in the same unnapreciated manner" is quite fine although controversial statement.
Yet I won't be arguing about this as it depends on point of view and many other things, how written word is understood. Quite surprising though is the fact that knowing that I'm not native speaker, you've assumed without asking, that you've understood meaning of my message perfectly and you know what author meant by. Plus you've added your own interpretation and bended those meanings to fit your goal in further PM exchange and posts. You've chosen to ignore all explanations.

But that's your choice.

They were sent to wrong person

Fortunately I can get them back without extra charges involved so I guess I can forget this small mistake without problem.
