Specific Doll Unoa Chibi on Sist/Lusis Body

May 17, 2025

    1. Hello~ First post in so many years.

I'm looking for photos of the Unoa Chibi face-plates on the Sist/Lusis bodies. Any resin colour is welcome~ Thank you.

Lusis in green with a yawn face, Chibi in paw prints with one of the defaults. The size is basically the same but they use different ways to hold the face plates on so you'll need tape or some other way to mod to keep the face from falling off.

I looped some of the chibi's wig thru her head strings to keep it on.

    3. How do the proportions work? I'm just scared the face will look a little small compared to the body.

    4. Hello! Welcome back to the forum~

As for your request, I have a Chibi Lilin sleeping faceplate (eyes modded) who is on a Sist/Lusis body. She uses a Buff headback which works for both Sist/Lusis faceplates as well as the chibi faceplates, and that would be the only non-Unoa part of this doll. If anyone's curious, she's in Fairy Skin, and her feet are chibi sized (the previous owner of the body changed it to make it easier to buy her shoes i think).

Anyway, here's photos of her in full:

In my opinion she's a good proportion! Though I realise my photos of her in full only have outfits where her neck is covered so perhaps this video might give you an idea of what it looks like without her clothes:

I'll say chibi faceplates work on the Sist/Lusis body, you just need a headback that works, e.g. the Buff headback, or some taping/mod like what the earlier comment suggested :) I don't have photos but back when I did have a Lusis faceplate, as well as 3 chibi faceplates (Lilin sleeping, Lilin roar, Lilin default), I recall the Lusis faceplate is mostly the same size as the chibi ones except for a slightly longer and pointier chin. So that would be the main difference proportion wise I think, a slightly longer face. Hope that helps!

    5. The proportions work fine, you just have to find a way to keep the face on.

I bought the Chibi first at a doll show, I recognized she was a Unoa, but didn't know you couldn't easily swap face plates between the different types. Both are used with small chests. They can share some clothes and stuff, the Lusis' outfit is an old off topic line bought for a different MSD and I made the paw dress, the Lusis is taller and has much longer legs.

    6. What's a Buff headback piece? I love RoRon and I was thinking she could share a body with my Lusis

    7. It is a headback made by Buff that's meant for many of the mini sized Unoa faceplates like chibi, Sist/Lusis, L-Bi/B-El and even the Elder version faceplates so you have more interchangeability. I think they don't make the mini sized ones anymore but sometimes you can find them on the secondhand market. Here's an old etsy listing of one of them that I can find.

As far as I can tell, the only Unoa headback Buff is selling at the moment is the SD version for Unoa zero.

    8. Thank you so much I had no idea!

    9. Do you know how to contact him to purchase a headback for SD version for unoa zero? Been trying to find but couldn't

    10. Hmm, on the home page there are links to an email and social media accounts so perhaps you can give that a try?

    11. I manage to find it! Unfortunately she is not selling it anymore
