Wearables Underwear!!!

Trying to sew some tiny ruffled underwear. Didn't have my doll when i started so was definitely guessing a lot of the measurements.

I made a pattern using this tutorial and cut it out of this pretty fabric. In hindsight i could have connected the crouch seam.


I did a terrible job of cutting them out they were so tiny.



I sewed it together (poorly) with the tiniest french seams on the side. And wet it for some reason (my heart told me to and my heart always wins) it was pointless.



I burned the edges with a lighter to stop them from fraying and sewed an elastic thread into the waist and legs. It looks quite terrible I must say.



Miraculously it fits though i would like more ruffling, and the see through fabric doesn't really work with the way i added the elastic, this was just a mock up and i will try again later. They do look cute though messy.

Thank you i'm definitely gonna work on them a little more with a different fabric and maybe go a little slower this time cos these were very rushed
