Normally Bellwether is the Captain of the crew of the Tenshi Hime, 1 of 3 time-travalling airships in the small Tenshi Armada. But he lost a gambling bet with The Fayze so his next task will be to document and chronicle the entire Gang's undercover rescue mission acting as a circus troupe in 2014. He's not the absolute leader this time and he's really less than happy about that, as you will come to learn in his narrative...
