    12. I'm wondering, is it possible to use MDF instead of plywood? I saw some smaller pieces of MDF (6mm(T) x 300mm(W) x 400mm(L)). The plywood that the hardware shop is selling is either in a big piece or 18mm thickness...:sweat
      The furniture that I had in mind are chairs and tables something like a cafe theme type :)

    13. Thank you, guys! Very glad to see you all and appreciate all your comments! I am glad that you follow my work and try to do something within yourself. About the thickness of veneer - it all depends on the size of the product, of course. 1:4 I use the plywood, thickness 10 mm and 7 mm MDF - not what we need, because I do not only straight lines, but also round off their, and there's no way to get from MDF unfortunately. If you are still interested in the process as I do furniture - will show you the example of garden benches "vine" in the amount of 1:6. Sometimes people ask me: "are you help elves and dwarves to make furniture" - so, it's true ;) My main assistant and mastermind is Lavender (bjd 1:12)
      So, for this product, I (and Lavender) took plywood, of a thickness of 7 mm for side benches, and even plywood, of a thickness of 4 mm for plates. How we scrollsaw all the parts - I showed on the first page of this topic and I will not repeat all the same. Today I want to dwell on details.

    15. The bench is gorgeous! I still can't believe that you do all that sawing by hand! Do you get blisters on your hands? I loved the beds with closet and desk, and the throne was so beautiful......but I think my favorites were the two chairs for DC Ada! I don't think anyone has EVER thought to make something for the anthro dolls who have such a hard time fitting in, or looking comfortable in anything. I think it shows a compassionate spirit that you care for the "different" ones!
      I've always heard that anything that has a partly human form, like dolls, also has a form of a soul, so I'm very glad that you care about these little ones!

      If possible, the next time you make shoes, could you take photos of the process? Thanks very much!!
