Resolved Trying to reach captainkyo

    1. I am trying to get in touch with captainkyo

      On 8th of December I have received a doll from captainkyo (after an amazingly long wait of 52 days in transit, but that's COVID's fault), but unfortunately the doll arrived damaged.

      I have reached out to the seller several times with photos, trying to get some attention and support on that matter, but didn't get any response. My last message from the next day after arrival, 9th of December, included photos of damage and a request to share solution ideas - I did not make any particular demands, just wanted to seek help on that problem (especially since I have never ever received a damaged doll before). I was hoping we could come up with something together...

      I wish to find a common solution to this matter, I don't seek to cause any additional problems to the seller. I was just hoping to get any kind of attention. Unfortunately there hasn't been any so far.

      Please, captainkyo get back to me - I would really like to have this topic behind me already.

    2. I still haven't heard back from captainkyo despite her being online Tuesday (29th Dec.) at 10:27 PM.

      Dear, please get back to me asap. This is such an uncomfortble situation yet it needs to be adressed.
       
    3. Unfortunately, still haven't heard from captainkyo nor did I manage to reach her out anywhere else. But to be fair, she wasn't onlne since 29th Dec. :(
       
    4. Still no success in getting any response, nor was captainkyo online.
       
    5. I would also like to declare, that I will wait until the end of January and if nothing chages, consider this case personally as unhappily unresolved and refrain from any further attempts to contact the seller. :(
       
    6. @idrisfynn there is still zero activity on captainkyo's end, she's not logging in to DoA, nor have I seen her active anywhere else.
      I don't think anything is going to change at this point, so I think I can consider this case sadnly as unresolved.

    7. I am returning with an update.

      Captainkyo
      got back to me afer all and issued a payment to cover the repair expenses.
      We're in contact now and it looks like we do have a positive resolution of the case, after all.
