Triathlon Voting: ROUND 3!!

This year's final event was very challenging!

Triathlon participants had to create a whole outfit based on anther participant's wig and a pair of shoes from the previous rounds... and they were limited in their choices! Their outfit was supposed to unify the wig and shoes somehow, be it thematically, related to color or shape, or in some other design element. That part was very open to interpretation!

They had some other limitations too... first, they could choose one of three material categories:

1. Things found in a hardware store
2. Things found at a florist
3. Things found at the post office

They could only use those material, plus (if desired) a bit of the material used in the wig.

Finally, they could only spend up to $11 on materials! YIKES!
