Tree Man/Ent BJD

Hello everyone! It's been a long time since I've been active here and even longer since I've been working on bjds. :O

I started a new project today out of sculpey. I am making an ent bjd. I'm just doing the base of the body to start with and then adding the texture of bark and maybe some vines and leaves afterwards. Are there any professional Ent bjds? I haven't been able to find any!

 

He stands quite well, especially when the elastic is tight enough. What do you mean by unusual hip structure? Are you talking about how the legs come more out of the sides of the hips? I think it looks that way mostly because I haven't finished enclosing the hip sockets. xD

 

I haven't decided yet. I was thinking about covering up the back part of the hip a little more, but I might just leave it. It all depends on the tree texture I do too.
