Negative Feedback To everyone that ordered FCS through Kakyuu...

    1. We didn't want to make this story public since everything got "solved" in some way, but after few discussions, we decided that this can't end that way. People has the right to know this kind of story to make good decisions and don't end getting a doll that they didn't wanted. Please mods, we strongly ask NOT to close this thread. As how I say, people has the right to know. This is it:

      Few months ago,a friend ordered through Kakyuu a SD13 F-05 girl. The day after he ordered her, he asked to Kakyuu if he could change some specifications of the dolls, but Kakyuu say it was not posible because the ordered had already been sent. Everything was ok.

      20 days after the order was sent, Kakyuu sent to my friend a mail offering him a SD13 F-08 girl (old skin of course) but almost the "same" specifications he had sent to her. My friend didn't accept the offer of course, and he asked Kakyuu why did she offer that doll, where was his doll? Kakyuu answered this.Totally comprehensible about the delay. She let him make some modifications to the order like he wanted to do in the second day after he ordered the doll. Everything was ok, though.

      58 days later, Kakyuu told my friend that she has his doll ready to be sent in this mail, and she sent two pictures of the doll to him. At first, he though there was nothing wrong with the doll, however, after showing the pictures to other friends, some incoherences came up:

      1. This is NOT a F-05, she is a old skin F-08. New F-05 is totally diferent:

      The forehead is shorter that the old F-08 and that is NOT a Volks Natural Make-Up. Kakyuu or someone she knows did it (proof almost in the end of the post).

      2. This is a SD13 standard book, NOT A FCS BOOK. FCS book is gray!
      3. FCS wigs don't come in BOX. Only separate wigs do. That was the wrong wig anyway, he asked for the W-11 wig.

      Everything became suspicious and he asked Kakyuu if she was really the doll he ordered, at what Kakyuu respond the doll was a F-08 (not the F-05?). We had then more doubts and he asked her about the certificate of birth and the pin . She answer that she lost it! How can someone that orders FCS lost something that important?! At least, the certificate of birth that EVERY AND SINGLE FCS MUST HAVE.

      We were convinced that she was lying, so he asked strongly about the certificate. Then, Kakyuu REFUND ALL THE MONEY WITHOUT BEING ASKED FOR, when in her site she says that SHE DOESN'T REFUND and she remarked that to my friend before in this mail.

      This final proof that everything was a lie came up today with this link:

      This IS THE SAME DOLL that was supossed to be my friend's doll. As the auction says, the MAKE UP IS CUSTOM AND NOT FROM VOLKS AS SHE TRIED TO MAKE MY FRIEND BELIEVE AND SHE SAYS THE DOLL IS A F-08.

      Why we insist if Kakyuu refund all the money? Because this kind of things MUST NOT HAPPEN TO ANYONE. FCS dolls must be like the owner dreams and ANYBODY MUST PLAY WITH THIS. My friendis completely dissapointed because that doll was supossed to be his first doll and Kakyuu didn't care about ANYTHING.

      We only ask for a REAL explanation of all this, please, don't ask us to e-mail her, we don't want more lies and that's what we are going to get. We know Volks work and we know that all this is not something that they would do, so we charge Kakyuu all the responsability of everythng.

      Please, if you are waiting for a FCS from Kakyuu, be careful and make sure that she sent a picture of the doll BEFORE she sent the doll to you to know if THAT THE DOLL you ordered.

      All this was difficult my friend, but he doesn't want anybody to be in his situation. And yes, this is a personal issue, but is nothing that can be arranged privately.

    2. Thank you for sharing this. Some people might think this is an issue that should be taken up in private, but if people like you who have had real experiences with sellers don't share these experiences publicly, how would the rest of us ever learn?

      Someone else recently posted about a bad experience with this seller. Thank you again, to both of you. Jun, I hope your friend finds an alternate source for the girl he wants, and I hope she turns out to be perfect!

      EDIT: I wasn't aware that the mods had asked for info to be given to them in private. I guess Jun didn't know, either.
       
    3. Once all issued were realized I offered and sent a FULL refund. I have the transaction receipt and I've forward this to the mods to be taken down. If you see my feedback I am not out to 'scam'anyone. I have 505 perfect feedbacks on ebay (where I sell most) and on the board. I am a middle man for FCS! I do not have much control. This is explained in person and on my site.
       
    4. Sorry, but you should be aware of what are you selling. You cannot say "I have not control over the middle man" because is you who are offering the service and is you who will result affected if something end wrong.

      I know you did refund the money, and I said it in the post, but this kind of things MUST NOT HAPPEN.

      I don't know if you really weren't aware that the doll was old F-08 pulled up together to form a FCS, but you should know what are you selling. Sorry, but that's not a excuse for me of my friend.

      This doesn't have to get worse of bad, please, I encourage everyone not to offend, we really want to get things cleared.

      Also, if it is true it is a problem with your conact in japan, it is a HUGE problem....

      (I agree what it is said by Ayachan and the others but I though I should way that I hope it dont sounds too rude)
       
    6. I'm not going to sit here and fight. I already stated any issues that come to my attention are taken care of with refunds. Yes my site stated no refunds, that is for merchandise that is aproved from the customer with images and is sent out once I know 100% it is what was ordered.

      I am not going to reply to these at all anymore, its a waste of time since all I get is bashing and insinuations. 99% of all my customers have nothing but nice things to say about me, so there is no point of trying to explain when obviously all these people want is a drama fest.
