    1. Hello,

      Just curious if someone can help me contact tiyama. She was supposed to ship a Volks FCS order Dec. 27th for me and my split partner, but we've not heard from her since Dec. 20th. I do know tiyama was really busy due to the holidays and I do hope everything is ok.

    5. Sorry to hear you are upset; I'm not a close friend of hers or anything-I purchased a few items from her myself. Last I communicated with her was on Dec 22. She was going to send my things from Florida, as she would be vacationing there for 2 weeks. I think its just because of the holidays her communication has been slack.

    6. That is so strange? she is in Florida now.... she lives in Hong Kong. So how is she going to mail out two volks dolls? they would be too large to have with her in Florida... um.

    8. So I finally heard from tiyama via email and she did say she was on vacation until Saturday. Why she didn't bother to tell us about her vacation plans beforehand is beyond me, but at least I've heard from her. I am going to assume the dolls will ship next week.

    10. Things were a bit out of my hand before my trip, work, packing, all the pre-vacation stuff. I am sure people who have year-end vacation can understand how messy things can get :)
      However, I would take the chance to apology for not able to announce my vacation and communicate well during vacation. I didn't have any constant internet connection. After those long and delayed flights and 12+ hours of jet lag, I can now finally sit down write a proper reply :o
      Regarding to package, @krystina's package has been shipped on 24 Dec 16. According to post office's record, it has been delivered on 3 Jan 17 :)
      For @TreeLore and @CindyG's package, as per the email I replied to @CindyG before, it hasn't been sent on 27 Dec 16 but it's safe and sound. It will be arranged to be shipped tomorrow, that the EMS tracking will be provided later.

      For @TreeLore and @CindyG's package, it is manged to ship on 9 Jan evening, I wanted to email asap but unfortunately passed out due to jet lag, 12+ hours of flight hit pretty hard! An email was sent to @CindyG on 11 Jan evening with EMS number and the tracking status, and @CindyG acknowledged receiving the EMS number. At this very moment the package is in America already.
