Sculpts Tinies that fit Obitsu 11 clothing? Ideally in tan?

Jan 15, 2025

    1. Hello!

I have been out of the hobby (outside of following a couple of companies) for a while, and returned to find it full of amazing tiny clothes that don't break the bank. I've been having a lot of fun posing some of my dolls as I've slowly returned to the hobby, and I really wanted to get a huge bin of clothes and accessories to use for staging photos. So! I was hoping that maybe people could point me in the direction of sculptors and artists who make teeny tiny dolls?

The only BJDs of this size I know of (that do come in tan!) are Darak-i tinies. I think I want them to look like little children, ideally with wide eyes/surprised-looking faces. I'm always a sucker for faces that look like they could've come from a children's picture book (some of my characters), but I'm actually open to anything (including anime) and I will consider NS if the face is really cute :)

    2. Hi, if that can help, I think there is here on the forum a database with all the mature tiny dolls (including 1/12th that could be able to wear obitsu 11 clothing
Personally I have a pukipuki by fairyland that can wear some, but not all because she's a bit smaller, they really match this cuteness you're looking for. And they exist in tan as well (you'll have to purchase secondhand though, they're not produced anymore but I see some for sale from time to time). A similar doll size is 'Lati White' by Latidoll, they have about the same proportions
These are the only ones I think about so far, but I'll hope you'll have some more inspiration by other collectors :)

    3. Seconding Lati White! I have one, coincidentally in tan, and just based on the measurements in the database, they have extremely close measurements. I'm currently waiting on some OB11 clothes for him, so unfortunately I can't show proof, but they should fit.

Lati also does have very childlike sculpts, some with really unique expressions (like T.Yomi and T.Lara) and some with much more neutral but still childlike faces. Mine is a Lati White Laches, and while that particular sculpt is discontinued, he's very wide-eyed and curious looking, which is what made me fall for him in the first place. They're also gender neutral bodies, so don't worry about specific genders - Latis can be whatever you want them to be, from fairies to teeny tiny queens.

    4. Lati White SP is similar size, make sure you look at measurements because there are multiple sizes and there is actually SP1 and SP2. Lati White that is not the SP is only 9cm. I have Pukipuki and have had Lati White SP version 1 and only some OB11 stuff fits. At that size 1cm makes a huge difference. I had clothes custom made for my 11cm dolls because I could not find enough OB11 stuff that fit well. Yes the clothes and shoes go on but they don’t fit well, also a variety of wigs and eyes that fit them are not easy to find.

So to the OP if you are looking for dolls to fit OB11 clothes I would look for companies and artists who market their dolls as OB11 size. The only one I know of besides darak is Rogerdoll, the one who makes Qbaby. Then there are a couple artists that I don’t know if they are on topic that also make heads to fit OB11 and YMY bodies, they are Sto Doll and Amy Doll. There’s also a company called Kkner but I don’t know if they make tan dolls.

    5. I have a Pukipuki Cupid3 in tan, and she's one of my favorites. I think about getting more regularly, especially Pongpong and Flora. I think Flora's gentle pout would fit your character well, but there are a lot of adorable sculpts.

Here are a few pics of my Cupid3, Nova! Photos 1-3 are all in Obitsu11 clothes, including shoes! Some people don't like the oversized look but I think it's cute.

This last photo has her in some Kelly shoes and overalls, but they can be too tight sometimes. The Shoes can be tricky to get on and off, though. I slice the back open on some of them.

    6. I highly recommend checking KikaGoods! They have super adorable 1/12 dolls, all the same size as Ob11. I think you'll definitely find something to love there.

    7. The clothes arrived and I can confirm that while they do fit, NineOneThree is correct and Lati White is slightly smaller. If you're comfortable with basic alterations, OB11 clothes will work in a pinch, or if you're going for the oversized look like Beedalee and I are.
