The communication was awesome! I had a lot of questions, and they were all answered. They reply very quickly to their facebook page, which is really handy!

* How easy was it to pay?
Very easy, I paid through online banking.

* How long did it take to ship?
It took 2 months for Resinsoul to ship the doll to Think Pink, and it arrived at my place 2 days later. It was really fast!

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes! Definitely

It looks even better in real.

Communication was really good. They replyed very fast. It was my very first order.

Payment is really easy. You can choose different Options. I payed through bank Transfer.

The shipping took only 2 Day´s .... because I had a doll taken, which was In-Stock. But I had a few Bank Holidays in between :/ so it was not there fault ...

Yes.

Very good! Silly me made a few mistakes in the order but they were easily rectified, and they were not upset with me for making the mistakes.

I love the bag and I trust it'll be good enough since I am generally positive about dollzone. The eyes are the most beautiful colour and they are perfect!

How was the communication?
Almost non-existent

I knew they wouldn't place my order right away, but i couldn't locate the waiting time on their website anymore so i waited...

I ordered dolls from them before and communication was always prompt and fine. But now when i send them a message on the 3rd of February i didn't receive a response. After another attempt on the 22 of February and still no answer I started to get worried.

I found a way to contact them through phone ( But this number has been deleted from the page since then) and they reassured me that my Angela was ordered in December already. So I was halfway through the waiting period.
Everything appeared to be cleared out but….

On April 13th I got a message saying they didn’t order the doll after all. They apologized for the wrong information and bad communication and offered me a Dearmine Angela with company face-up they still had in stock. They didn’t offer me any discount whatsoever.
At this point I started to get really impatient so after another weekend and I think two days I gave them a call again asking for a refund. And they refunded me my order.

Im pleased that in the end I got a refund from them but I’m bothered by the fact that through email its almost impossible to get an answer from them. I managed to talk to them through a phone number that I wasn’t supposed to have in the first place… The radio silence was very frustrating
They told me everything was very chaotic since they moved their store so I hope it all smoothens itself out.

I have no problems with since the quality is good!

Top-notch. Got notified when my order was being processed, when it was ready to ship, and when it actually did ship. It arrived before I had even got around to trying out the tracking number.

Paypal, so ultra easy.

Five days from order placed to on its way.

Nope. Everything was there and whole.
