      I ordered a Fantasy Doll body from them in June, they confirmed I was in the June order when I asked how long it'd take to ship:

      I have barely received replies from them, and I decided to ask Fantasy Doll themselves how long it'd take. They informed me the order had already arrived and been signed for by Marcia (they also gave me a screenshot of the tracking information) over a month ago. I decided to post on TP's facebook page to see what had happened, seeing as Fantasydoll had told me they have him already. I got a rather rude reply:

      "
      You ordered the body in July. We try to order at the end of every month if there are enough orders. Your order was placed at the end of August with Fantasydoll (due to vacation, fairs etc). so it did not arrived yet. We would appreciate it if you contact us instead of Fantasydoll, since we are your agent in Europe. Please understand that the waiting time starts when the order has been placed by us."

      I know my order was placed in June, I can see it on the store, and I can also see in my email where I had only referenced my order #, not the date, and they had said it was June. I have a right to email who I wish, especially if that company is getting my money, even if it goes through a third party! And if they DID push my order back two months (not one month, like they are now claiming) they should have informed me.

      I am extremely disappointed in the way this has been handled by ThinkPink. I will not be placing future orders with them, and I hope I do at least get my doll body! I'm really not happy!

      you're right,, we messed up terribly.
      I was able to find out exactly what happened with your order and I have replied to your order in our shop.

      I am so sorry for all that has gone wrong, I don't know how to apologize for it or make things right at this point. I have offered you a refund, which is really all I can do at this point.

      TP is a dealer, I ordered directly from TP.

      Bad. They are very, very slow.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy, I used paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      Some orders shipped quickly, but others took forever. TP did not inform me about the time the order is placed or if anything went wrong. So it is possible to have a long waiting time because of this. When they could not order the product, they did refund me quickly.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes.
      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes.
      * Would you order from this company again?
      Maybe, but I'm more hesistant now, because I know they have personal problems going on. I would order in stock products though.

    5. In June I ordered a Fantasy Doll body through Think Pink. They did not include him in orders until August and did not tell me this, whenever I asked about him (quoting his order number too) I was told the June order did not come in yet. It took at least three emails each time to get a response from them, and they have said their email doesn't always work, which appears to be a problem they've been having for years? Looking at their feedback, anyway.
      I then emailed Fantasy Doll, curious about when the order would come in. Fantasy doll then showed me the tracking and informed me that it'd been signed for and received a long time ago. I then told Think Pink this, to which I was met with a rather rude reply, which one of them DID apologise for after, but I'm still not happy.

      Now they have finally sent my body. Except; they sent him to the wrong address as they failed to notice my change of address, which they confirmed (even if it took multiple emails). They have now not replied to me in three days. I have PM'd them here too. I would have thought a company in this situation would be giving me as many updates as they can, especially since the courier is STILL trying to deliver it.

      This has caused me an extreme amount of stress, and I've been getting quite ill from the stress. I want the body within a week. This is absolutely ridiculous and unfair, Think Pink has failed me and I will NOT be ordering from them ever again.
       
    6. Dear Arlo,
      on December 4th (one day after shipping it) we have updated you with all the available information, that we had called PostNL to retrieve the package and have it returned to us to ship it to the correct address.

      As stated on our site, we are closed from December 3rd thru 12th to attend a fair, which is the reason why we did not respond to your messages in this timeframe, we were not in the shop for a number of days.
      Unfortunately, there is nothing to update about, after calling PostNL again, all they could tell us was that the package status is the same; it's being returned to us as soon as possible. They could not say when this will be exactly. Until it arrives with us, we can't do anything other than wait for it to arrive.

      Again, we can offer you a full refund, as we simply cannot influence the time it will take for this to be sorted out.

      We're very sorry for our mistakes...

      There was little of it. Friendly enough, but getting a reply is a little difficult and I sure would have liked a heads up that the doll head was going to take more than half a year.

      It didn't. Well, that is, all the other items did, in January 2014, but not the head. After 7 months I was tired of waiting for it. Did get my money back though.

      The hair looked like hair, yes.

      Dollzone Annie with double jointed small bust body (blank), 2 wigs, a wig cap, eye putty, a pair of eyes and 2 outfits. Also got Freddy-2 head in the summer event. I commissioned body blushing & face-up for the Annie from Pink Hazard.
      When did you order?
      Beggining of July I believe.
      How was the communication?
      Communication was pretty regular to begin with then less so as they got very busy. I had consistant communication from Pink Hazard roughly fortnightly about the commission. She was very polite and helpful. There were delays with the commission which she was very apologetic and honest about. Unfortunatly she was unable to complete the commission for various reasons, but was open about this and my order has now been sent to another artist for completion.
      How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy
      How long did it take to ship?
      My order was sent directly to the new artist on the 1st of Feb and arrived with her in under a week. =)
      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      I'm unable to check the order through myself as it is with the new artist, but she has checked it through for me and everything is accounted for and in good condition so far as i'm aware. I think the prices for items were fair, but must admit the tax on shipping and other additional costs stacked up a little more than i was expecting. This is my forst order though so I wasn't completely certain what to expect. Sooo i'd yes say the price was appropriate.

      Again, i'm unable to confirm this myself at the moment.

      I think I will be =)

      Yes, I would consider it. However due to the cost of shipping from the Netherlands, i'd probably save money by buying within the UK.


      Overall, service was pretty good and they were very pleasant. It was a shame about the commission but it was handled fairly and I am satisfied.

      A day. I ordered on Friday and they shipped him on Saturday. It took until Tuesday for him to arrive, but that's the postal service for you...

      Not really, as the sales pictures showed the doll with a company face-up and body paint.
      However, it was clearly stated that he did not have a face-up, and the pictures were clear enough to see what he would look like.

      Comment: Marcia and Joyce were super helpful! I've orderd a wig for DF-H Misha and they come back to me and flagged that the wig would be too big for Misha. They offered me alternative solutions, they even tried several wigs on the doll to find the perfect size and finally I could replace the originally ordered wig to another one. (Plus I've also wanted to add extra items to my original order). Marcia and Joyce were very flexible and kind with me, which is much appreciated!:) Thank you!

      They did inform me in time on updates. Unfortunately Peakswoods had not recieved TP's order correctly so it was postponed

      Non-existent - I really wanted to know when the doll had been dispatched, with it being the weekend, I wasn't sure when to expect delivery.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      I received the parcel today, 22nd May - so that's very quick shipping, but I would like a dispatch note when something's shipped. Also it was delivered by Yodel, who didn't knock on the door, but decided to push aside my bins at the back of the house (clearly no-entry) open the gate, go into my shed and leave the parcel there! Luckily I heard them push the note through the door - went out to speak to the driver about it. No signature was needed either, which I think is quite important for something that expensive!

      A little over 6 months. Circumstances kinda worked against me. Think Pink orders dolls in batches to reduce costs, so i had to wait for other people to order from the same company. After that, it took a long time (3 months) for the doll company to make and ship my doll. I am guessing the holyday season didn't help much, either.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes.

      Yes.

      100%. It did take me quite some time to untangle the long curly wig (and is still not perfect), but i blame my nonexistent hairdressing skills for that XD

      I sincerely don't know why I read sometimes that the communication is bad, because I can state that I sent them a lots of emails, and they keep me reply. They looks very busy, so it maybe true that sometimes you need to contact them as soon as possible *for a correction, for an issue, anything , and they maybe reply you the next day so, but I see they really do their best to reply in time *sometimes they are not in the store and have some festival or so, and this can slow the email reply, but in general, they always write back soon* So, I would say the communication is very good, in the cases you are not particularly in rush and want they reply you between 2, 5, 12 or 24 hours!

      * How easy was it to pay?

      If you already know how to pay online, I would say it's totally easy to pay!

      * How long did it take to ship?
      As everything were in stock, it could took very few day(s) but as there was 1 wig that they kindly put online on my request, and was in preorder from Japan, I would say that the waiting time was really and totally proper! Very fast indeed. I order on end of January , the 25 February was shipped and I received around the first days of March.

      Yes, the prices are always appropriate in my opinion

      Just shy of a month, and these were mostly pre-order items. They must have sent them out the second they came in!

      Yes. Shipping seemed a bit expensive, but international rates can be awful so it's not their fault. (If there is a Dolliverse convention next year, I'll probably arrange to pick up my next order at their booth.)

      Yes.

      Definitely. I messed up and ordered half-dome eyes instead of ones with stems, but that was my own fault :sweat

      I was satisfied with the product, but there were some issues with the shipping, due to the busy mail in December (Not Think Pinks fault!)

      In the first order only the silicone wig caps arrived due to the envelope being open after it had clearly been closed. (probably because of the busy mail in December) But after we asked Think Pink what do do about the missing pieces they promptly send us what was missing and it arrived safely at our house within days! Very great service!

    60. I am very pleased with this company. I ordered a doll and some extra stuff that I wanted to pick up at their location once it arived.

      It says the following on their website:
      All orders that have been collected will be placed when the minimum order amount has been reached, with a minimum of dolls. If the minimum is not made, the order will be transferred to the next month. We will contact you about the expected delivery time if this happens.

      All orders that have been collected will be placed on the 25th of every month, with a minimum of 6 dolls.

      Very good! They sometimes reply the next day, sometimes they take a couple.
      I was born in bred in the Netherlands so I personally have no problems with almost the whole website being Dutch, but I wouldn't mind if they would just translate everything to English. The whole country speaks eEglish, but very few people outside the Netherlands speak Dutch. If it's the biggest BJD shop of Europe, why not switch to English?:wiggle

      I was very unpatient. When they told me they probably wouldn't reach the mimimum December the 25th:treecookie, I figured that they also wouldn't reach it in January, since the holiday season is so expensive. I just didn't want to wait a few months for them just to order my doll, so I asked them if I could cancel the doll and just send the other things to me. They did without any problem the next day.:dance
