History: Her mother is the Goddess Shera (of Nature and the Earth) and her father is a Centaur. Shera came down to earth on a festival night honoring her and transformed herself into her centaur form. While on the mortal plane, she met a Centaur man with a white horse-half, a pale-skinned human half, pale blue eyes, long white hair, and a white tail. She fell in love with him and claimed him for her own. Their union produced a daughter, Laurel. Laurel has grown up mostly in one of her mother's temples, though she sometimes spends time with her mother in the Divine Realm.

Personality: Reserved and quiet. Shy, yet very loving and kind. She is incredibly bonded with her twin brother, Vesper, who sticks up for her in every way. Although she is blind like her father, she gets her disposition and unquestionable love from her mother.

Any additional info: Nyx is the youngest-known Shadow mage in history, and also the only known elf to wield both Shadow and Light magic (and 80-20 duality) which is physically shown through her facial tattoos that magically showed up shortly after her birth. Her twin brother is also a dual wielder, and also exhibits facial tattoos. Although she is blind, she uses her magic to 'see' in black and white much like a bat's echolocation.

Story: Xylene, Benzene, and Toluene started out as whimsical statues in a fountain. After years of being subject to graffiti and more chewed gum than they care to share, the little statues were brought to life by young necromancer trying to find the limit to her own abilities. Having brought three statues to life, the necromancer took them in, unsure that she could or should turn them back to stone. The little girls chose names relating to the spray paint they had been covered with.
