Resolved The Count

I really didn't want to do this because the count is really nice and she has a ton of positive feedback, but it's been days since I have heard from her. I understand that people get busy, but she's been on the forum several times since her last massage to me early Wednesday morning. The radio silence is worrying me since it started right after I asked about getting a picture of the shipping receipt.

Jun 1st- I messaged about her juri13 head for sale asked for shipping quote including insurance (I assumed that included a tracking number.). She replied with a quote of $30 (Canada to US) I replied back asking for PayPal and I paid in full and she confirmed receipt of payment.
Jun 5th- the count messaged me to tell me that the head had shipped. I messaged back asking for the tracking number, she said she wasn't sure it had one but that she'd check. I replied saying that if it didn't have one I'd like a picture of the postal receipt (proof of shipping) to which she said "you bet".
Jun 6th- The Count messaged me and said that it was her partner that had actually shipped the head and that there was some good news, it only cost $10 and asked for my PayPal address to send me a refund of the other $20. I replied to her message and gave her my PayPal (I don't drive myself so my husband usually does the shipping of things so I'm not upset about that).
Jun 7th- I messaged the count asking for an update on the postal receipt
Jun 8th- I messaged again asking for information about the receipt, the shipping service, an eta of the head (so I know how long to wait before requesting a search) and when I'd be refunded the shipping overage.
Jun 9th- Messaged the count that the radio silence was bothering me and that I needed to hear from her or I'd have to message the mods. I messaged the mods asking if my messages were getting through and explained my concern.
Jun 10th- was advised/suggested to open a paging thread.

I've been patient with her but since she has been on the forum two and three times a day since her last message to me, I'm feeling ignored and that she's not living up to all the praise and recommendations. If it's just a matter of not getting the messages through some site glitch, ok. (But that was debunked already.) I'm an understanding person. But the timing of the sudden non responsiveness is worrisome and making me uncomfortable. If I hadn't asked for the proof of shipping I wouldn't have known that she herself didn't ship the head or that I'd overpaid for shipping. And I still don't know what service (first class, priority, etc) was used or if there is insurance that I paid for in the first place or if it's even BEEN shipped. The lack of information is what is bothering me.

Hopefully I hear from the count soon and that it is positive news.

Just updating to say that I have a delivery time frame of 5-8 business days according to the Canada Post website. That makes estimated delivery between today and Friday.

 

Thank you. Our local post office can only look back three days, so that doesn't surprise me. But does that mean that if the head doesn't get to me you can't claim the insurance?

 

Well, my fingers are crossed that it does. But it doesn't look like it's today. Does the small packet air require a signature to be delivered?

 

Updating to say I received the head today and it is in good condition. The packaging was probably one of the best I'd seen in a long time. Thank you. I'm good with saying that this has ended on a good note for me.
