Tenshi no Sato 3rd Anniversary Event

lol you know Mamu does look a little like a baby Kurumi so it made sense to me.

 

A friend in Kyoto got one for me. I was really hoping to go myself, but can't manage the trip until later this year.

There seem to be some showing up on Y!J already. I hope that you get one -- he/she will be a perfect addition to your cute, "tiny" family!

 

Awww Mamu is so cute! I'm tempted to get a Mamu on Y!J but it really depends on the price I guess.

there are only a hand full mamus on YJ. O.O I hope tomorrow will be more for sale! It's the first time I try to get a tenshi. Is it normal that there are such a small number of dolls on YJ? she/he really is cute. I guess a lot of people wants the doll for themself...

Well Ria_ria said that she went a few hours late to the party and there were still several Mamus. So perhaps he/she wasn't as popular this time around?

I really liked Mamu from the pictures on the catalog but I thought what a longshot on getting her. After seeing ria's pictures though I decided I really love Mamu's face I also like the default eyes and wings so I think it's better I save up some more for her than go for the US lottery for Papi.

Good luck saving for your Mamu! I really liked him/her too, because of the default eyes. Surprisingly, smoke olive is a very difficult color to get. And having the optional wings is so much fun!

Puff & Papi are awfully cute too though and I'm hoping to get Puff's wig for my little Taiyou.

 

I really love mamus look. I wish I could purchase her/him on the event but it's impossible for me to go to japan just for that doll... currently I am highest bidder for one on YJ but there are 4 hours left.

Do anybody know about the new wings they released? Were the wings in cerryblossom only sold on this event or is it possible to buy them regular?

 

Suzu: The cherry blossom wings were available last spring also. The wings are generally event only I think. I've been looking for them since last year. I waslucky enough to get the momijii or maple ones in style 2. I don't have a yo tenshi so my bambicrony doll sometimes wears just the one wing. Good luck on the Mamu auction.

Kellyhime: I can spring for about $600 maybe $650 but not not more until April. I have to take pay for taking a large group of people out for my daughter's birthday next week. Almost everyone in my family was born in March

I paid $65 for the maple wings in January. I've seen them on the marketplace here from $45 to about $80. I think the cherry blossom ones were more popular and someone said they cost more. I hadn't seen a pink pair in the DoA marketplace so not sure how much they go for. I wouldn't know as I got into buying and checking prices last summer. Before that I only looked at pictures. By the time I started looking for tenshi wings I only saw white or maple ones. Good luck on the wings as well

Originally I liked the more spread out wings than the curled up tiny ones but having gotten the pair of style 2 and hearing how wide the spread out wings of style 1 are on the maple and white The smaller curled up wings grew on me.

 

I really love the Yo-Tenshi Mamu's... their eye shape reminds me of the adorable Yo-SD Kuutas, and they have those adorable neko-esque lips *^^*

I imagine that there will still be some on Y!J by then, since there are still Kasumis and Yukis showing up. Unfortunately, Yo-tenshi are almost always in the $750-$800 range. I wish that I wasn't always falling for these expensive little angels!

It says that the curled up wings are YSD-WING-002

When you use the search on Y!Japan in FAQ for tenshi items I see that the curled up wings are packaged as YSD-WING-003


I know that in Autumn the curled up wings were YSD-WING-003

Is it a mistake on the website for the cherry blossom wings picture?

 

Looks like Volks made a mistake on the site. ^^ The half-folded are the 002 wings, and the smalled curled up types are the 003. This page and this page show the right numbering. ^^
