Wait Times Tata's Paradise

The last time I ordered from them was sometime around a year ago... Then, I got it in about two weeks (I think, anyway).

I would definitely suggest both writing on their Q&A board, as well as sending them an email again. I do think that the HK DP is over now, so hopefully they'll get back to you soon.

 

It depends on how many items you ordered from them. I am holding a GO for them right now, and since it was a large order I knew it would take them around a month to ship out. From what I have seen on the boards, they may take up to a month until items are shipped out as well.

I received notice earlier in the week that our order is on its way. I ordered on June 24th and it has been over a month, but I know HKDP caused a little delay. TATA is known to be very good with communicating with customers, so send them another email requesting the details of your order's shipping date and they should tell you when. I hope this helps.

 

Yes, some of the items you order can take 2-3 weeks to make, and if that ran into the convention time, that may explain it. Tata's has always had excellent communication with me, I've ordered about 10 times from them now, and I have waited over a month for a couple of items to be made, but always with highly satisfactory results.

I had a bad experience with them last year. It was around this time and it took over a month to get my stuff, when my friend ordered after me and got her stuff in a week or two. So many people have said they ordered, had excellent service and quality items, I must have been a fluke as communication with me was near non-existent and when the stuff finally arrived, I was very unhappy with it. I really hope your transaction ends like most and not like mine.
