Resolved Tangier Please CLOSE your Paypal Cases

    1. I have sold a Souldoll Beatrice to Tangier on May-23. She ask me a layway with 3 payments and I accepted it.
      I advertised Tangier that I have a chronic grave sick and explained that, sometimes, I can't post on any website, during some days, because I'm too sick. But I told to Tangier too that I have an Ebay's shop and the she can contact me every day on my Ebay's shop, because I have to reply to my customers every day (it's the only thing I make when I'm too sick).

      Tangier made the final payment on June-23. I was very sick, but asked to my boyfriend to ship the doll for me, and he done. But I couldn' sent any message to Tangier during one week.
      Tangier didn't tried to contact me on Ebay and opened directly 3 Paypal cases, for all payments she done for the doll !!!
      So I contacter her to have explanations, but no any answer.
      The doll was delivered to Tangier on June-29 and I contacted her many times, since one week, but no any reply from Tangier.

      No I'm very worried, because she well received the doll, but the money is still locked, because of the Paypal cases.

      I'm really shocked with her behaviour ! I don't understand why she didn't reply to me, even if she well received the doll.

      What can I do now???

      If somebody can help me, thanks in advance, I'm so stressed regarding this situation...

    3. First of all, when I began this layaway, I was not advised of the seller having any type of illness that would delay any response to my messages! Just an apology for not responding sooner, which was OK. I made my payments timely, and the last one was made a bit early, but what happened here, there is no excuse for.

      The doll was NOT shipped to me! It was shipped to 10988 Stallion Way, Rancho Cucamonga, zip code 91739, in California! I did not know this until Paypal gave me the shipping information and I was horrified! I have no idea why the doll was shipped there instead of to my correct address, but obviously I did not receive the doll, and that is why I filed the "item not received" claim with PayPal! Here is proof of where the doll was shipped! You can check the PO records yourself for Tracking Number

      I really wanted this doll, and paid for it, and am really curious why it was not sent to me!! Would like some explanation for that. I had good reason to file a claim with PalPal and I did get reimbursed for the doll that was sent to the wrong person/address/City.

    5. Tangier finally sent back the doll to me. I'm really relieved, because she didn't contacted me any time during the long months when the Paypal case was opened... And Paypal made the refund to Tangier, because they said that my proof of shipment was not valid!!!
      I was very, very worried, but I received back my doll on las Friday.

      So this case is now resolved, but, please be wary with Tangier, because the first thing I said to her when she said that she wanted to buy my Beatrice was that I have big health problems...
