Resolved Tangier and Loptr

I'm putting a paging thread up for us, because I believe in transparency.

On December 26th (Last Saturday), Tangier purchased my Youpla Dolls Ziya. She asked me for confirmation that I received the payment. I've had a lot of messages to respond to lately in my free time, and somehow I managed to start a confirmation but never finish it. So that is on me. It was accidental, but I never replied, and I can understand her concern.

This morning I received PayPal cases for the two payments she sent, and although I have addressed them both on PayPal and in PMs, I'm addressing them here too. She noted that I 'never replied, never shipped'. True. However, I would like to point out that I had '3-5 days' listed for shipping right in the sales post, and have noted delays in communication right in my signature. I am an essential retail worker, and my schedule is highly touch-and-go. There are weeks where I don't even get a schedule right away; my boss texts me late at night to let me know when I'm working.

This was unfortunately one of those weeks; I ended up working every day until now. If you have purchased something from me, I plan to ship tomorrow, when the post reopens.

Tangier, I apologize again for the worry. You are correct in both measures. I do urge you to read listings though or send another quick 'hullo?' before opening PayPal cases. Particularly when it comes to people with no history of stealing.

 

Just a quick update to say we are back in contact (Again, my fault). I have Ziya all packed up, and am on track to ship her tomorrow.

 

Ziya has been shipped. May she reach her destination safely.
