Modification Symbioses (Animal, vegetable & mineral)3/15/19 new photo

Thank you equine-aurora for posting the pictures. I found my camera later, on the floorboard of my car.
I had fun and I am exhausted, both good things.

 

Thanks, Lukas got a lot of attention at the meet. When I saw the hognose snake I knew I needed a photo of them together. The snake seemed happy to stay where he was, he had his tail wrapped around Lukas' leafy wings. His couch mate made Lukas seem so small, he is a big guy and his tattoos were wonderful.

Thank you dollieaddict. Now that he is done, I'm on to other projects but his transformation was so intense I miss it.
I finished his cape and a wand so I need to get his "glamour" shot done. The temperature has dropped and it is so nice outside, I will have to get him back into nature for a photoshoot.

 

I will definitely post a glamor shot here.
Hope to get that glamor shot tomorrow.

Thank you, and Tumnus got the treatment too but his is more of a sculpted and leather molded suit to wear. Right here if you missed it.

 

Thank you Anelir. He is a gross little puppy but beautiful also, and yes it was a frenzy to get him made so fast but I enjoyed every minute of it.
I have seen a few of the art dolls and I am happy that you think he is 'art'.

I fixed the Russian phrase, thank you Synchytruim and Aira for your help. I also placed his piercing not sure if it will remain like this or if I find something better to replace it. The little critter is a pet of sorts, the chain isn't to keep it from running away but to protect it from being blown away. I don't know if he will stay there or not, just toying with the idea since I found that really neat piece of coral. His feathers or wings are from a peacock tail feather.

Thanks! It was lots of fun, and I'm glad there are still things I can do with (to) him.

Thank you, he was so much fun to work on and I needed to find something to do with my time since my granddaughter got her drivers license - she no longer needs a chauffeur.

 

Thanks to you, chalyss, I had the raw material to inspire me, and I wanted to show my friend Kilian, who altered most of the head, that his creation was a worthy effort. He hasn't seen it yet, but now that OfKa Lukas is mostly finished, he will.
Plug huh *snicker*, hummm maybe Pilug for his name, *giggle*

 

Thaddeus the three-eyed wicked seer stole Lukas' body. Now he is marked with the Celahmun symbol in a more prominent place. What do you think of the new OfKa?

I think his old Lukas head is going to it's main sculptor; so do you think this 5Stardoll Dark will make a suitable replacement.

 

I'm glad you like him.
I wanted to see how well he worked before I put more, veining and wood-grain on him. The pencil is okay but the paint makes it stand out more. I was worried that he was too pretty but I think I'll try and dirty him up with paint and glue something on his face but not do any carving on his head.
It's really funny that you can't tell that most of his face is blushed in yellow green, IRL he looks green.

 

Well I tried to make Thadd into the new OfKa but he refused. The more paint and lines that went on his face, he became more upset. He wants to remain a beautiful evil guy, go figure.
So this is what he looked like this morning when I finally gave up.

Funny how these dolls get a mind of their own, or at least some part of your mind knows when something is wrong or right.


I will see if I can keep the original OfKa Lukas' cutely grotesque head and he will get his new wig cap.

Off with the pastels, glue and paint. I hate losing those eyelashes though, hopefully if I'm very careful they will come off in one piece.

 

Yes, bad head (Thaddeus is a mischievous bad guy) but we finally realized he didn't belong there (since OfKa Lukas is basically a good guy). Thaddeus will either share with someone else or wait and someday get his own.
Therefore, if I can keep the head, the next post will be working on a new and improved wig/crystaline headcap for the original Lukas.

Lukas has been on hold while I am busy with sewing and other projects poor guy. It's been a rainy, windy and cold autumn and winter for a change so I haven't been able to do photostories outside with him. As soon as the weather permits I have several stories I need to shoot, his included.
When I get my swap items finished I think I'm going to start work on his new wig, unless Thaddeus demands my time.

 

He's my happy monkey for sure! Makes me smile!

 

Yes, it is hard to believe that someone with fangs like that and a scarred face would not only look happy but make you feel happy too.

I believe he was unhappy but didn't know why, and that his merging/becoming the shaman is what he needed to be fulfilled. I think that was one reason his transformation didn't take long. I was working furiously to make it happen for him.

Pink hair make me happy too, that's why I wear it myself.

 

I have started working on his new wig - finally... First step I poured resin to make the wigcap with all the crystals and such. No photos yet so if you are subscribed to this journal here is a new photo and a link to more photos of our favorite Organism formerly Known as (OfKa) Lukas to tide you over while I let things dry. I also have a new little one arriving this week so he may steal some wig prep time.

I spent quite a bit of time on him and it seems I'm still working on him. I have some new ideas kicking around for his new wig and the collarbone piercing. He makes me smile. I am looking forward to a nice spring when I can work on his photo stories, this winter has either been cold or rainy neither are good for photostories.
New wig work starts tomorrow.

OfKa in Wonderland. He has horns and a new pink sluggy friend who has no wings. He has a bird fetish ornament from his collarbone piercing. He is still being worked on slowly. I have hit a creative wall where it comes to his headdress so I gave him horns.

Edit: On another note, I started this modification over a year ago but I had his head for much longer, almost a year longer, so I have to say. On 9/3, Happy 2nd birthday Lukas you've been through a lot.

 

Thank you chalyss, he continues to make me happy even when I get poked by his many thorns. Those who have seen and held him have been amazed that he looks so much better than his photos; which makes me sad that I can't convey his overall affect in a photo.

 

I hope so too vicemage, that would be a great visit!

And it goes without saying we (me & Lukas) are dying to meet chalyss.
