    11. Hi everyone, thank you for your kind comments.

      @animemom - Justinian's not going anywhere, in fact he's gradually displacing Syr (my Crobidoll Lance girl) from the "save one doll from a burning house" position. If it wasn't for joining a Dollstown split with you way back when, I wouldn't have gotten him - I'll always be grateful for that.

      @Follow-the-Wind Thank you ^^ It was worth going to all the trouble to wire and suede him properly. I had great fun exploring the posing potential of the BJD body, and I will keep testing new poses.

      @Lady Maeve I really enjoyed thinking up the "action sequence" and doing all the poses. Tying back his sleeves - I watched a YouTube video of the process (this one) and just tried to recreate it.

      @SteamWitch , @onlytheocean , @Seafoam Shade - Thank you all, I'm glad you enjoyed.

      @NuttyRojita Ah thanks - I love the DT Mui sculpt, I also did his faceup. I checked out the wiki of Hunter x Hunter (haven't watched that anime), I'm flattered you think he looks that lively. :whee:

    12. You totally nailed it!! Well, my ex was into Iai (sward-drawing) so I've watched the whole routine in person :3nodding: (He was licensed to practice in real sward. FYI we lived in Japan then) So I was even more impressed to see the somewhat minor choice for doll photograph, it really adds depth to the story:lol:

      if you like shonen, this is one of the parents of the gender, there is a version from the 99 and another one from 2011, the one from 2011 is more faithful to the manga and reached the penultimate arc that they have released

    16. If people are interested in seeing more of Justinian's sword drawing, I did a follow up outdoor photoshoot (though not as extensive as this one).

      Thank you. I'm impressed at how much I can do with Justinian, especially since he's single jointed (sueded and wired) - it won't be as good as double-jointed, but whatever posing it does looks very natural.
