Switch is probably the fastest and most reliable company I have ordered from so far. And I think I'm getting addicted! The box is so sooo pretty! But also, I didn't expect it to be so small compared to my SDF65 Raven's box. Still, this box can fit the body with the head on it for some weird reason! Even though they come disassembled. I love the little certificate and the box. I also can't believe that I finally own a full Switch doll! This is it. I decided to name him Sol because my mum was begging me to give my dolls easier names. At first I thought his head was tiny compared to all the Luts SD heads that I own as well as Soseo's head, but he still looks amazing and very proportionate on the HD70 body. Here is a little comparison of my Switch Gyoha moebius and Luts SDF65 Raven Romance ver. It can hardly be seen on the photo but Raven looks a lot more yellow in real life, while Gyoha looks a bit pinkish in comparison. Personally, I wouldn't try to hybrid Switch heads with Luts bodies now. I was also surprised that my SDF65 boy is the same height as HD70A Gyoha when he is wearing his heeled legs. Here is a comparison of Luts Normal, Switch Milktea Rose and Switch Powder Beige. I was actually surprised that MR can look tan or almost 'normal' under different lighting. And a bonus pic of MR Soseo on the HD70A body. His head is bigger than Gyoha's so he looks even better on this body.
Congrats on your new boy! I'm always blown away by how beautifully Switch dolls are sculpted. It's interesting to see the heads and comparisons of the new 70 cm body too. I personally have stuck with 65cm because that's 90% of my clothing I hope you post pictures on the Switch thread once he's got his faceup!
He looks amazing! :0 Congrats on your doll! I'm still waiting for my Ajeong Closer to ship from faithz.
He poses quite well, actually, even though I'm a bit worried about how his arms constantly face forward. He can still touch his face and do other poses with his arms but it takes getting used to. You can't move the peanut joint in his elbows much. It's a gorgeous body nonetheless, beautifully crafted. It feels amazing to the touch, very solid, and the details blew me away, from the veins on his hands to the tiny toenails. I will surely buy the same body for all of my future Switch boys.
Did you buy directly from them? Can't find a dedicated site. Edit: Uhhh...never mind. Found it. Disappeared on the search because it was a tiny, single line with just "fromswitch.com"
Yeah, I bought directly from Switch! I prefer buying directly to avoid any mishaps and delays on the dealer's side.
