I had a layaway with sweet_yuki we made an layaway agreement and she canceled my order on the last payment of my layaway because she feels after 7 months my layaway payments were late when our first agree was 100 dollar payment per month we did not agree on due dates are agreement was 100 payment within a month she then changed her mind and changed the agree near the end of the layaway I am reporting her because she took my money and she also never gave me my doll she changed her mind at the last min and refunded this months payment I would like for you to help me with this case because she broke our agreement took my money and kept my doll I would like help on what to do with this case. Hello hope this finds you well,

Another month just passed, and the payement for july is late, on this moment you're not following the terms we stablished at the beginning of this law-away agreement.
I received the first payment on 03/10/2015. We said the payment will be due every 30 (natural) days "1 month". As of today, I have no notice regarding your payment, i've been benevolent and open, but at this point, I'll give you 24hours since now, otherwise i'll be refusing the next payment, and closing the layaway, due to payment breach.
