Ordering Supiadoll Site Issue?

Hello everyone,

I went to create an account on Supia in preparation for ordering as I was hoping to take advantage of the special free shipping promo they have until the 5th. Unfortunately, when it comes to submitting the information it takes me to a 'page not found' error page.

Alright, I thought, I don't actually need the points.

But even on trying to checkout as a guest, the same error page popped up.

Now I'm not sure if this is just me having trouble or a possible issue with their site UI update. I have emailed them at their listed address ([email protected]) and am awaiting a response but was curious if anyone else was having issues or could at least trigger the same page if they tried to submit an order/log in/create an account.

I did try both firefox and chrome, disabling adblockers, and trying via my phone but got the same error page each time.

So I'm thinking it's the site and there's an internal issue?

Regardless, I appreciate any insight or corroboration this isn't just me somehow borking it up!

 

Oh I'm glad it wasn't just me! I'll try clearing my cache tonight after work and fingers crossed it's all working!
