Payment Supia Doll Payment Question (Paypal)

    1. Hey all!

      I wanted to make a purchase on the Supia Doll website, and filled out the form, clicked "check out with PayPal" but the site never transferred me to PayPal to complete checkout like it does when I've used PayPal to complete purchases on other sites in the past. I've since cancelled the order (I had intended on using PayPal Pay-in-4 or Paypal credit for the purchase but never got to that option).

      Is this normal for Supia Doll?

      How do you normally pay through their site when clicking on the 'PayPal' option? Do they send an invoice separately?

    2. I feel weird saying this because I’ve bought two dolls from Supia, I don’t have a clue how I paid for them. I know I did, I have one and the other is about to ship out. But for the life of me I can’t remember how I did it. I do know, however, that supias English team is great and if you send them an email they should be happy to help you out. If you go to the “contact us” section at the top or their webpage, they have their email address there. They may take a few days to respond but they are wonderful in my experience
      In the worst case scenario, luts is also an official dealer for Supia doll so you could always purchase your doll from there as well. It’s under their “brand dolls” section
