Hello Supia Boys owners! I was wondering if any of you had attempted to hybrid a Supia head with a 68-70cm male body?
I love both the Zion and Hayil heads on Supia but I prefer my boy dolls to be between 68-72 cm... So I was planning on using a Spiritdoll proud body, which has the following measurements:
Height: 70 cm
Girth of the head: 22 cm
Girth of the neck: 10.5 cm
Width of the shoulder: 16 cm
Length of the arms: 21 cm
Girth of the chest: 32.5 cm
Girth of the waist: 23 cm
Girth of the hips: 29.5 cm
Length from shoulder to hip: 20 cm
Girth of the thigh: 17 cm
Girth of the calf: 12 cm
Length from bellybutton to foot: 45 cm
Length of the feet: 8.5cm

Do you think the head would fit nicely on this body? Images are here.

I think the head will be a bit too small maybe? My Zion is on the aprilstory body which is also 65cm and he looks like a model with a really small head.

I'm joining in to see photos of a Supia boy head on the Spiritdoll proud body. Something tells me though, that this head would need a kind of slimmer 70cm body, than the one by Spiritdoll. It's a quite small 8 inch head.
Here's my baby Maxime's picture, as I took too many of them to not share. He's wearing a 7-8 inch wig. More pictures in the photo referance theme, here :]

 

I hope this question hasn't been answered a million times, but has anyone tried Jacob on a Souldoll double boy body? ¨
I bought a Souldoll body from a friend and has been wondering which head to buy for it, and I love Supia, and thought Jacob would match my idea of the character nicely.
The neck of the Souldoll body is 10.5cm, but I haven't found any measurements for the Supia boys.

 

Sorry, I don't have a SoulDoll Double body.
But I do have a SpiritDoll Proud v.2 body. Grey. From Dark.
The neck and head fit perfectly with excellent mobility. He can look up, down, and all around.

I would love to know from where you got his outfit. He looks great and fit him so well.

 

Just a question about these guys, are they 65cm with the head included?
Or 65cm plus the height of the head?

Hello! Does anyone here happen to know if Spiritdoll tan is a match to the Supiadoll original tan? I am researching hybrids bodies for a Jacob head, but I would like to get him in tan. Any help would be appreciated

WOO! Not as good as the boy sale, but this might push me over the edge. I'm on the fence between another DM Lusion or Supia Jacob.

I ended up putting my Supiadoll Giyom head on a Spiritdoll Proud body ver.2. The color and proportion match is absolutely sweet.

@Alewife, oh yes he surely is. I have a full body hybrid shot but idk if its ok to post... Couldn't find any nude hybrid photos in this topic, so maybe I'd better post one when he gets dressed.

Idk if anyone remembers my Giyom posts back from 2015, but this one is a different doll, not the same I used to have. His name is Kylo, after Kylo from the newer SW movie.

 

An amazing character! He has interesting face, not pretty but very appealing. I love Kylo moles and dark eyes! Can't wait to see him dressed.

 

@luringsea, I adore his face like that even more. If it's only possible, haha. Supia's Giyom is my ever favorite doll, no matter how many others I keep seeing, this doll is so very special. He looks pretty with the company faceup though :p

I can understand why you adore this doll! I can't help myself but stare at him. I for one don't like the look of the original Kylo Ren from Star Wars, but your dollie is so neat. Is Kylo the doll going to get his costume eventually?

 

@luringsea, by his costume you mean the original movie outfit? Nah, he's not gonna get it. Mostly because he's an AU character in fact, his wear should be different. Untill his perfect outfit is created he wears anything that's black :3 Looks fine still.

Anyways, here's Kylo wearing a newer wig. He's got 3 of them in total, can't decide which one I like better. This one is glorious, however.

Thanks. This is a custom made mohair wig, it was fitted specifically to Kylo's head. As for regular wig size of this head, he usually wears a 7-8 inch wig. A synthetic fibre wig from Leeke, to be precise. It is showed on the previous pictures.

 

I'd have never suspected this boy in wearing 7-8 inch. So bizarre.
I like the custom wig better, anyhow. Haven't you made it by yourself?

 

@luringsea, nope, I commissioned this beautiful wig from the local wig artist :]
Yeah, his head shape is special like, Aryan's :] he's got an oblong headback. I'm in love with this head shape, personally.

Nowhere near as nice as @noirobscur's beautiful boy, but here's my Jacob. I finally gave him a faceup.

 

He looks sweet and happy, a totally different vibe. I really like how you've matched his eyebrows and hair!

 

What a lovely boy and interesting faceup. Jacob is number one in my WTB list! I'm hoping to get him on my birthday as a gift.

 

I ordered a Jacob in normal skin a few days ago and I'm really excited I wanted to get him for my Maia (Supia Muse sculpt) and thought they would make a great pair. So now the waiting begins.

I emailed Supia and they gave me an early May ship out time for Jacob so at least I have a time frame now. I had promised myself I wouldn't buy any new clothes, wigs or shoes for him until I go to the Austin BJD convention in July but I caved a little and bought him a wig on Ebay *sigh*

 

@KimC he has to have hair! Clothes are optional.

It sure does. He only went out today and my fingers are already wanting to tap the tracking button, lol!!!

 

Jacob arrived yesterday and I am so happy to have him. He actually arrived a day early which was perfect since I was off from both jobs and I could stalk the mail lady at the mail box so she wouldn't leave a pink slip and I would have had to pick him up at the post office the next day on my way to work. So everything worked out great. Wow he is big and heavy but beautiful. The muscle structure is absolutely amazing and detailed. I did take box opening pics and will be posting them soon. In the mean time here he is in his first picture. His name is Zen- Kurel or Zenka.
