    1. I know I have seen this thread somewhere before on here but I have lost it, either that or its on au!

      But I was wondering if anyone has have any problems with this seller on ebay?

      I sent a payment for some shoes for Haru on the 30th July, had head nothing for about a three days so I sent them a message asking about the shoes. They then told me that the ones I wanted were out of stock and to pick another one free of charage and they would also send me a free wig becuase of the waiting time and such.

      That was on the 2ed august, since then I have heard nothing. I have sent messages to them asking about it if they have been sent and such.

      I got an email from them on the 5th august saying they would be sent out on the 6th as I need them by the end of the month, and what can I say? Nothing, no confirmation at all.

      I havent even got a tracking number from them and its annoying me now, almost three weeks and Its not happening. Yet other people are getting their orders and have paid after me!

      Anyone else had this problem?

    2. I haven't had any issues when I've ordered from them in the past (I've gotten wigs twice from them), though I recall shipping taking a little on the longer side -- I don't think quite that long, though.

    3. I've ordered wigs from them countless times before and no problems so far.
      As for the long wait though, it was approx. 3 - 4 weeks with all of my orders.
      Also, I don't think their standard shipping method comes with a tracking number to begin with, since you mentioned that you didn't get one.

    5. I got am email from them today saying sorry for the delay in shiiping, yet they have been able to send other stuff out? And I paid for tracking which I have yet to recieve.

      Also they said it was sent yesterday, so we will see.

    6. I bought some SD clothes 4 months ago and everything was OK. No problem. I had no tracking number but the items arrived OK in two weeks or so...

    7. I got the tracking this morning, saying that they will be here within 3 weeks. Not good when I said I needed them for the end of the month. So they have had three weeks to send and only bother to send it now.

      I'm not very impressed at the moment with them.

    8. They'll likely reach you faster than my wigs will reach me. They ship like the cheapest way, so 3 weeks is around normal. I don't think I got a tracking number.

      Edit: Mine was mailed July 25, and I still do not have it. And I was right, no tracking number...

    9. I find it silly, I paid for the boots on the 30th July, so yeah it was a friday but by the monday they didnt have any more, so I picked another pair.

      And two and a half weeks later they post it? I'm not impressed with the fact they took two and a half weeks to ship and I did tell them that at the start of the transaction I needed them by the end of the month for a doll. But meh I can nick some from a friend of mine till then.

      I hope your wigs turn up soon Rynn007

    10. I've used Sunny many times and never had a problem. I think many of the clothing/wigs take longer to arrive because the items are made to order rather than sitting around already made up. That's the only reason I've had to wait for items longer than say a well known company like dollmore. She's always been very helpful with queries and quick with responces. Hope everything works out for you all.

    11. I've ordered from them without any issues. The emails were answered within 48 hours, and the shipping was sent at the most basic post so no tracking number. My order arrived about 3 and a 1/2 weeks later. It took longer than other things I had ordered but it was free shipping so....I can't complain much. I ordered mine the 2nd week in July and received it the first week in August. I'll be ordering from them again.

    13. After reading everyone post i feel lot better because i order from them 2 week ago and have not ever from them ever since. I was getting little worried.
