Kennedy's Summer Outfit Swap goodies arrived!!


He got a pair of comfy shorts and a cat shirt, (which is weird/wonderful/great XD), and fun mismatched socks! Plus a uke/guitar, art stuffs and a bookbag full of goodies


And a Nirvana shirt! Which is pretty much Kennedy's favorite thing now

LOL when you said he liked grunge and graphic tees i instantly went to commission that nirvana shirt because it simply had to be!

and the cat shirt i thought was fun and hoped the colors were still dark enough for kennedy!

and yay the cat shirt and shorts fit, (well looks like i made cat shirt a wee bit too short... sorry about that!) i was worried they might be too small since the soom namu i used to have was on a unidoll body so i wasnt sure what size exactly the gem body was but since the head was rather large from my memories i was so worried the body might be larger and the clothes might wind up too small!

it was a lot of fun buying and sewing for kennedy since music and art are my favorite things to shop for for myself and my own dolls!

(also my blind character/doll Rota has the other set of mis-matched socks, so secretly they are twinsies LOL!)

thank you for all the cute pictures, i had a lot of fun with kennedy and he may have been my favorite to create for of all the dolls ive sewn for in swaps!

P.S. just realized two things are missing... a small picture frame so kennedy could frame some of his art and a pair of headphones... once i locate these missing items ill send them along as well!

 

@little-reisuke You definitely nailed his style! Soom Gem bodies really are weird little things, but everything fits nicely, (I think the cat shirt is adorably short tbh). That's super sweet of you to offer to mail out extra goodies-thank you And Rota being Kennedy's sock twin is too cute XD

 

Ok I must say... while all of my dolls own at least 2 different outfits (and a few own 10+ LOL) each doll has what i consider to be a 'default' outfit, which is the outfit they usually wear and that i mentally associate with them, no matter how many outfits they own the default outfit is the one i always see in my head when i think of that doll... and i'm pretty sure Keisuke has just recieved his 'default' outfit from the amazing arrowchild because i dont think im ever going to find another outfit awesome enough to make Kei wanna take this one off!!!

he got an awesome sleeveless hoodie that totally makes him wanna play assassins creed for some reason, some nice tight shorts (how did you know to make something streachy and tight for him, its perfect!) a matching belt and choker, some mesh stockings and the most wickedly amazing ring which is now his most favorite possession ever!!! the only thing he wont be keeping is the socks since they are a bit loose on him and the moment he saw them my dollshe saint Vice had decided they were meant for him and arrow and Kennedy had simply been confused in sending them to Kei instead LOL, but everything else is Kei's for keeps and ive never had a doll take to an outfit so perfectly and wonderfully so i cant thank you enough! now i feel guilty that what i sent kennedy was so vanilla by comparison! I cannot thank you enough arrowchild and kennedy, and Keisuke especially sends his thanks!

 

Whee!! I'm so glad Kei likes his outfit I really did have a blast making it for him-when I saw that fabric at the store I knew it was destined to be Kei's hoodie

I totally sized those stockings on my boys and they have chunky legs-that's awesome they work for Vice!

I love what you sent for Kennedy too-yay for nailing down styles

I got my amazing package from @Mew-Lidia9 yesterday and was just blown away by how much was in there, and how cute it was! And LOOK at this cute little artist rendition of Cleo in her new duds -^ ^-
