Shopping Success with Dolk's Lotteries?

I've fell hopelessly in love with Noir Doll Eve that's up for a 100 piece lottery on Dolk's Japanese site. Has anyone had success with ordering/winning lotteries from overseas? What proxies would you reccomend?

It's hard because I can only afford one doll at the moment, and the other doll that I want is only open for two more days on pre-order.

Edit: Or as a last resort, similar looking dolls? Hahaha
