50–65cm Dolls Starting my own Doll Line [update with pictures on p.2]

    1. So,
      ive been working really hard lately. And had to put my Tiny project on hold.

      During that time, i got myself a Narsha.. and noticed i was missing more
      6-8 year realistic dolls that fit SD's.

      So i started redrawing my Tiny, to a 36 cm little girl.
      A 8 Year old, realistic girl.

      I'm working on her right now and hope to be able to post pictures of her body soon. Lol i just have her ball joints first.

      I want to release her.. and release so called siamese twins.
      Limiteds... i'm still not sure how i will make them jointed together.
      But i will figure that out ones i have the first casts

      Other Sizes?

      Im also working on SD concepts right now,
      a Male and a Female. That are realistic face and body wise.

      The Women is short, around 54 cm and is a bit..fat. LOL

      I'm hoping to make a pregnant spare body part! Yay :"D
      High heel feet, and flat and bigger chests.

      The Male.. well.. i'm still not sure.
      I was thinking on a semi fat but muscled male, late 30.
      But i also like to make a very slender..skinny tall male.

      I'm also planning on doing silly spare parts for him ..
      like male high heel feet ..and a fat belly.

      But anyways.. his face concepts up till now..

      Right now i'm working on her body..
      i will bake it tomorrow and finish it i hope, shes only missing her left arm lol.

      I hope to visit a friend next week and figure out a good one touch/faceplate system.
      Because i noticed that my pukis cheek blush got damaged really fast!
      Because you touched it when removing the faceplate,
      and i don't want my girls to have those problems.

      btw, if anyone for sees any problems while looking at the concepts.
      Please tell! So i can at least try to get it right in one try (well ..it's the 5th but.. nvm >__< )

      Well no new photo's yet..
      recharging my battery.
      Haven't had allot of time to work on her, because i was away to give a faceup workshop.
      (which didn't go all that great because it rained all day)

      I ended up having to trow away her legs and arms, i wanted to drill the elastic holes in them a little bigger.. and then sculpty firm decided to crumble and crack o---o"
      I thought about repairing them.
      But i wasn't 100% happy about the shapes in the first place.

      Ive decided to continue with air dry clay,
      premier.
      I just added little chubby hips and a little lower tummy to her lower torso onto the grey firm with premier.. and now she looks like a little panda <3

      I hope to finish her body Friday!
      But with the limbs set back i can't promise anything ~__~

    24. Revamped :"D

      Im really starting now. I'm gonna make my tiny as my Art school exame project.
      And really release my own doll line, and hope to open a website and sell my dolls there.

      Tho i still need to find a caster, because i want them to be casted by professionals.

      And i need a name for my Company lol :"D

      Hope you guys like the new concepts.



      Progress:

      Yesterday i started by making the Tiny's ball joints.
      I found out working from the joints is easiest for me.

      So i start with the ball joints, make holes in it with a thick brush.
      Thats the diameter the elastic need.
      And let it dry a bit. Then cut out the proper shapes for the elastic
      for the shoulder and hip joints,
      the knee and elbow joints only need a little adding.. so i decided to do that later on. When those joints are stronger because they are on the lower arm and leg.

      Right now i have made her lower and upper leg tubes.
      When both the joints and the legs are dry i will attach the tubes to the joints.
      And make her arm tubes and hands and feet.

      I'm still trying to figure out a good way to make her torso.
      Anyone have tips?

      Her profile is just.. super cute ;3; exactly like i wanted it to be.
      Round for head and a button nose.

      i hope i have time to start on her torso tomorrow.. tho i might make her arms first.. so im sure the body length is correct.

      :B and..i hope i have some time to take photo's of her.
