PLEASE NOTE

I am located in the USA. I am accepting commissions from the USA and Canada at this time. Please be aware of high shipping costs going out of the USA, as well as current tariffs for imports into the USA, which I unfortunately have no control over.
Current turn-around time: up to 1 month from when I receive the doll.

OFFERED SERVICES
All prices are in USD and accepted by PayPal F&F.

Artist's Choice Faceup (all head sizes): $75

• Not entirely sure what you want? Choose this option and any add-ons, provide three key phrases (optional), and I will paint what inspires me ✨ Add-on sizes and placements are randomized.

Customized Faceup: $90

• Have an idea in mind? Want to choose placement and size of add-ons? Need a more specific tattoo or fantasy symbol? Choose this option and any add-ons, provide a more detailed description and references (optional), and I will draw inspiration from them ✨.
  If there are any extra fees from complicated designs, I will let you know in the confirmation email.

ADD ONS

• Eyelashes: $5 (if you send eyelashes with your doll, I will attach them for free)
• Faceup removal*: $20
• Scattered freckles/moles: $5
• Bruise/wound (simple cut): $5
• Skin texture & veins: $10
• Raised scar (removable): $20
• Fantasy add-on: $25 (includes at least one "symbol" such as a flower, pattern, etc.)
• Hand blushing (includes paws): $25 per pair
• Extra detachable parts (tongue piece, ears (a pair counts as two parts), etc.): $5 for each part
• Tattoos: price varies--DM me beforehand

* [PLEASE READ] If I find that there is residue and faceup removal is not chosen as an add-on, I will seal over it. Residue and other substances such as oil from the skin may cause sub-optimal sealant performance. Please make sure that the head is clean.

WHAT I DO NOT DO

• Sanding, modifications
• Color matching
• Body blush/large areas of blush (e.g., anthro blush)

PROCESS

-After you submit a faceup form, I will send you an email to confirm your order and send you a PayPal money request for your total (2 part payment is available for orders over $100). This confirms your slot in my queue. I do not offer refunds, so please make sure that you'd like me to paint for you ^^
-I paint in the order of when the slots were confirmed. When I’m ready to paint your doll, I will send you an email to ship the doll head to the address enclosed. Please send it within a week with good packaging--I will be using the same packaging to send your doll head back. (I do not provide face protectors. The method I use to pack with face protectors increases the packing volume of the doll head; please make sure that the box you use to ship is sufficient in size.)
-Shipping to and from me will be paid by you. I will only ship the doll head back when payment for return shipping clears.
-I do not provide work in progress (WIP) pictures; I’ll be sending a completed picture when I ask for the second half of payment to ship the head back. I do not offer re-do's on any type of faceup.

TERMS & CONDITIONS (updated 7/19/2025)

-I WILL NOT work on recasts.
-I only work on resin at this time. If you’re sending me 3D printed resin, please note that I do not use Mr. Super Clear, and I do not offer sanding services.
-I am not liable for any damages (faceup included) incurred through transit (both ways). I do not currently have a repair policy or service in place; while I do my best to pack the doll safely, I highly recommend insuring your package!
-I do my best to remove dust before sealing, but cannot guarantee catching all of it.
-I have the right to reject any commissions that I do not feel I have the ability to do, or am uncomfortable with doing.
-I will likely post the finished faceup as an example. Please let me know if you'd prefer otherwise.
-I don’t have perfect symmetry in my faceups. Please take a look at my faceup style to ensure that it’s one that you want. Thanks

MATERIALS USED

-Paints: gouache, acrylic ink
-Pastels, mica powder, watercolor pencils
-Removal: Windsor & Newton, isopropyl alcohol 91%
-Sealant: Vallejo gloss/satin/matte varnish, Liquitex satin varnish (airbrush application)
