Anytime I had a question, submitted via the “Contact Us” page on their site, I always received an emailed reply no later than 24 hours later.

* How easy was it to pay?

Layaway via Paypal

* How long did it take to ship?

The option to pay for the approximate shipping estimate ahead of time or wait until Stacy's had received the doll to calculate the updated shipping price was available during checkout.

I decided to wait until I'd finished my layaway to inquire what shipping options would be available and the costs.

Once they'd gotten back to me with which shipping options were available, I paid and received the tracking ID that same day. He shipped April 28th and was delivered May 3rd.

No, everything arrived perfectly intact and with all ordered items.

* If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?

* Would you order from this company again?

Definitely. This was my first time shopping with Stacy's and I'm satisfied with the overall transaction process.

 

* What did you order? I placed two orders within 2 weeks of each other. First was a Echo Town Ygritte -LuuusiQ 1/4 girl then 2 weeks later a Rosen Garden Rosekyon head and body.

* When did you order? The Girl was July 6th 2023 and the boy July 26th 2023.

* How was the communication? Pretty good. They let me do layaway so I was able to make the payments on both although at times I think I mixed us both up.

* How easy was it to pay? Very easy I just sent payments via PayPal and always indicated the order number and item I was paying for.

* How long did it take to ship? Both arrived yesterday. I knew boy was coming, but when I saw a second box on porch I thought was another doll I just paid off. Turns out it was the Echo girl.

* Were there any missing or broken items in your order? No. Everything for both was perfect. Although was disappointed the box had no Rosen Garden box, just a weird bag. Lots of bubble wrap but first doll I have ever bought new that had no company box.

* If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? N/A

* Would you order from this company again? If it was in stock yes, but I need to compare both bodies to other makers to know sizes I am even looking for. The clothes for the Echo Town girl are pricey and not the style I picture for her.

Great! They always answered my questions in less than 24hs.

Super easy! I asked them if they would accept a 4 months layaway, and sent the payments through paypal.

As soon as they received the body from the artist, they ship it through courier before the Spring fest Holidays.

Nope, everything was absolutely perfect!
