"Qinqin's" visits are highly anticipated and often lengthy. There are always
numerous activities planned, in particular the Imperial Academy's competitions
in archery, swordsmanship and martial arts.

Yun Qing: My lord, we are here in the Imperial Gardens celebrating the betrothal but you have hardly said a word since we got here. I have known Bai Chen for many years. He is a kind and caring young man and they will have a happy life together.


Ru: It's not that Qinqin....I just cant believe how fast the years have gone by.
I've known you now for what....thirty years? We were just a couple of
scrawny kids battling each other with wooden swords!
