Space Studio Bjd - issues with communication

    1. Hi all,
      Anyone had problems with them?
      They told they sent my package, only to write me after few days that they were mistaken and told me to wait 3 weeks. After even more time of waiting, Ive written to them again and they said that my package is sent (nice!). I asked them where is my tracking and here comes silence. I asked them two times on email (no response) and on instagram (they are active on instagram and posting stories.). On instagram they said "oh i think its sent". Over one week passed and they still ghost me. What is this company, I thought they are not scammers? Am I the only one? They sent me pic of makeuped head so its really not serious behaviour that now they lied about sending package or lost my tracking...

As someone who's bought from them a few times: Although I like their service in general, I get the impression there's a big disconnect between their shipping department and the rest of their team, internally. I've had orders whose shipping information never updated until after my order arrived. In one case, the package showed up on my USPS Informed Delivery before it showed as shipped on my account. :sweat (And even then, it didn't update until some time after I received it...)

      I never asked them for shipping updates, so I can't say whether your experience overall is common, but their communication when it comes to shipping isn't very good. I hope your doll head reaches you soon...

    5. I’ve had a fantastic experience with them; there were short delays in communication but they always responded reasonably and were excellent to work with.

    7. I've used them for pre-order items only and haven't had any issues. I'm sorry you're experiencing different. Maybe they were told the sculpt was coming but then something came up and it was delayed? Sometimes a dealer doesn't have control over that unfortunately.

    9. i will edit but i think it is an issue and not replying to many emails for many days is a worrying still, so people should beware, especially that it seems my tracking was only generated and doesnt move yet :/

    10. I’ve written to them 3 times (with long gaps in between each attempt) with questions about specific products listed on their site and have never once heard back from anyone. I even check my spam folder. Nada.

    11. I also had an issue with them. On November 2024, I won a giveaway on Instagram.
      Initially, they informed me that the prize would be ready to ship within a month. However, after five months, I reached out with questions and was told it would be shipped within a week.

      After waiting for five more weeks, I contacted them again and was assured it would ship "tomorrow."
      I never received any tracking number.

      I believe they simply forgot.
      Since this was a giveaway gift, I cannot complain...but it was still a bit unpleasant experience.

      upd: today I was told the parcel was send, and now just waiting for the tracking number.

      For my situation, no, there is no tracking number.

      On Thursday, they assured me that the parcel had been sent and that they were just waiting for the courier to provide the tracking number. But still, nothing.

      * If the package arrives, I’ll post an update here.

    15. i have theory they use some kind of taobao agent that sends directly to your country or neightbour country and then sent to you. or something like that. as my dhl was from germany to poland. unless this is german agent? o_O i don't think so. so when package was sent from Germany then it took 2 days. also the sender address was from some kind of shipping service. this is why i think tracking didnt move as they sent package with different service first and then moved package to dhl. anyway it doesnt matter, they should learn to communicate as for now its a bit stressful

    16. I received the package that took a little while to update too today :3nodding:
      I think you're probably right, Raeafu, like they print a label in your region when they ship it from China and only give that one. So it doesn't start moving until it actually gets imported and then shipped in the new label.
      Last time I get a return address from NJ and this time in CA.

      Upsetting to hear about the giveaway thing, though, dharmaniac, they should not have told you it ships when they weren't ready to ship it :( I hope you will get it soon!!!

    18. So, I’ve finally got my tracking number and it actually show progress; i think that everything will be ok from this point.
