Sewing Soulkid/slim mini pajama patterns?

Hello all, I've looked back a couple years in the sewing tags but cannot find a pattern for a pajama top for a slim msd
Im thinking like a long sleeve button down with the rounded collars that kinda dip into a V and the buttons/folds are slightly off centered?
If anyone knows what I'm describing, do you have a pattern you're willing to share?

I'm new to this type of thing.. I'm not sure if i just didn't read closely enough or if it's not there- does this include seam allowance or do i need to add it? Also do i have to print with margins off or on?
