Repair Souldoll sealant issue

Sealant cracks when it’s been sprayed at the wrong temperature or humidity. You could ask them to redo it for you as that’s within your right to do so. There’s lots of faceup artist that do realistic styles on IG also. There’s also some here if you have access to the marketplace

 

I have multiple souldoll dolls with multiple of them done by the company (I can't paint to save my life) I personally have not had an issue with any of my dolls. That isn't to say I am invalidating your issues, just that my sealant/faceups have always been sealed properly and I've never had an issue myself. Like isdrisfynn said, a picture of what is going on could probably help. If the doll did not come with the issue visible, (again, nothing is set in stone without seeing what sort of damage we are talking about) it may not be an error by the company. That isn't to say any of this is your fault either, just that without seeing what is going on its hard to really give advice.

 

I had a very old souldoll Crispin whose sealant cracked up around the eyes. Not on them but the forehead bit between the eyebrows and the bit between the eye and ears. But I always chalked it up to her being incredibly old.

If the doll is cracking up so soon I'd think it was an issue with the sealant at time of faceup
