Payment Souldoll layaway

    1. Hiya making a new thread as I couldn’t find a recent one
      I started a layaway with souldoll and they responded to my deposit saying that 4 months is okay for them, however I never got a response back from them on how I’m meant to do the instalments?
      Do I email them when I’m ready or do they send invoices? I’m really rather confused how their system works :pout:
      If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it!

    4. Just make sure to put your order number in each payment. They thought I missed a payment at one point and still owed, but I was able to give a transaction number to prove that, no, I paid all of it. I think it's a little difficult for them cause they track it manually? But it worked fine. :)
