~20cm Dolls Soom Varo- So So Soooo Tiny! Dragon Baby!

My Soom Varo arrived! He's my first Soom, and sooooo cute!


The outside box was already pretty small, that's it on a normal placemat. It looked like it had been fished out with a claw machine game, a couple of punctures on the outer box.


The inside box was even tinier, only being about 2/3rds the size of the outer box.


I started opening the little bag that was on top and found his little dragon accessories! Itty bitty! The penny is for scale.


And his itty bitty body, with its little clawed hands and feet!


And his outfit. The collar actually has a lobster clasp and chain, so it can be put on and taken off without removing the head.


There was some assembly required. The tiniest magnets I've ever seen needed to be glued in to his head for his horns, and into the horns and wings. The one the wings connect to was already installed in his back. This was a first for me, and I flubbed the first one I did a bit- fortunately one of the ones inside the head, so the extra glue and mess is hidden, lol. But hey! No backwards ones! Go me!


Here he is with his head on his body, I had bought a random selection of eyes, and liked these blues ones, which are pretty vibrant in person.

And here he is all together. Honestly I think he rocks the bald look, he's a baby after all.


The magnets are strong enough that the wings stay on over the clothes and through the resin.


And here he is in my hand to show how tiny he is. Too cute!

 

Lol, yeah, I do better with a physical reference, and he was sooo tiny! A penny definitely demonstrated that.
