Oh man.. cute! (referring to the new chess TGs.. though now the post to the twitter photo of them has been lost?)

Unless I somehow hit the lotto (and hard to do that when I do not even buy tickets), it is not going to happen. I need to focus on getting my grey Skoll finished as it is.

ArimirOfGondor, I'm utterly fascinated by your light green Sov. I'm currently working on mine (found second hand in the marketplace) and she's looking entirely different from your boy. I love how different the same sculpt can look! Yours is amazing, with such a wonderful, sinister touch...what a fascinating character!

Arielle, your Raum is a real stunner...those eyes! What a gorgeous color against that skin color.

Tonboko, your Jelenia is adorable. She has such a soft and gentle expression in this photo. She's so pretty!

 

They are pretty, but another glat/glati released? its theyr 3ed released i think, i like if they released other dolls like appini or afi for example.

Bygg/Beyla have had three release, so have Hati/Skoll. Most of the dolls that have a second SO version are the ones from 2009, but there was Pyrol/Minette and Grit/Syen from 2010 that have also had a second release. Appini was from 2010 as well .. I think Soom will get around to the kitties eventually.

 

Woo new thread! I adore the new dreaming Glati&Glot, they have such cute ears,too! I'm not a fan of that extra ball joint in the ankle, though. But what I really wanted to let everyone know: my FC order has finally shipped!!! I still can't quite believe it, the long wait is finally over. Now my only concern is if I will have to pay custom charges or not. But I'm just grateful to finally receive my Teenies, I hope they come here okay.

Oh, sweet crackers. The new TGs are up for sale. I keep thinking the new Glati would make a perfect companion for Jelenia... I wish I had an extra $500 to spend on him.

The new Teenies seem to have longer/more mature looking legs. I think it is great Soom is making new things and not recycling the old molds.

^u^ Ohh, the new Glot/Glati is super cute! I've never really been a huge fan of the sculpt but I do quite like what they've done with them for this release~ Their horns and hooves are awesome!
x3 And as far as the older releases go, I also do hope they re-release Eliv/Iv and of course Appini/Shonki as a SO again someday~ I'd always love to see more of them around!

PoeticSoul, Aww, thank you so much as well! I'm flattered you think so! ^w^ Yeah! Green really does look lovely with the bronze skintone. I guess because it has a rather redish hue so the green compliments it nicely~ These weren't even meant to be his official eyes (I planned for a darker, more emerald green pair of Makos) but i've grown quite fond of them, haha xD

We finally got our tax money yesterday and hubby is telling me I can pick something to spend a bit of it on! He's suggesting I send Luna to maiya to get her a new face-up to match Tytus! ^_^ I think I might go for it!

I really neeeeddd a tan or bronze tiny gem to complete my 'four seasons' set, so this is very very tempting. But I don't love the eye sculpt, and my 'spring' doll already has a glati body. Decisions, decisions...

I'm really liking the new Glot/Glati dolls. I already looked up how much it would cost to mod her eyes open more. My husband is gonna be so angry! LOL. I think I really need one! !

 

If was able to get one, I might mod the eyes open just a bit. That is what I had done to my Ai and I love her to death now!

 

Crimson, so good to see your little ones in this thread again! ^_^ A WS silt would be adorable, but so would one of these new Glot/Glatis!

I definitely want to do it eventually, just have to decide if I should go for it right now!


NoDivision, these bodies are very different from the original Glot/Glati body. Also, you should be able to get a bronze feny/necy in a future FCE!

Tonboko, yes please!!! But only when I can afford it! Otherwise that would be torture to not be able to afford to participate! A big pile of money would definitely help!

I'm not sure I like the green part of the dolls, but I'm not getting it unless the lottery or something. I do like the horns, though very deer like.

 

These dolls are super cute but I wish you could get the green parts in something...other then green. Like any color but lime green lol. Still! Very tempting

 

That is the one thing I am iffy on with them. I would have preferred a more natural color. Amber would have been totally awesome for both color schemes.

I really need to stop looking at Glati... he is so tempting, but I just cannot do it right now.
At least with Soom there is always something awesome coming down the road.

 

Amber would have perfect (and made me hit 'add to cart' so quick) Or even a darker green, like emerald or jade. Lime green is just so...toxic ooze.

 

I hope it's okay for me to answer... Mallory is a Lilid mountain lion head. ^_^

 

LOLOL! The lime green is extremely green. But I still think they're adorable. And I actually, gasp, have neither a Glot nor a Glati in any version--I feel like I need to turn in my Soom card somehow, admitting it! But all the same, and it's so bizarre as I adore freckles...I'm not feeling it at all! It's a strange world when you put some of my fave things together and they don't work.

Yes! I don't think it looks very good with the tan. To bad it wasn't clear or something. Their will always be people (myself included) who don't like one little thing about a doll. The legs do look longer. I wonder if the deer parts will fit other t.g.'s?

 

Ah, I see what you mean. Well, just hold out for the next FCE and a bronze Feny/Necy!

I actually wouldn't mind one of those myself... although with the FCE, they will likely only include the "surprise" fantasy head, which is not ideal. I would much prefer the regular head!

 

Of course it's ok! I don't get to log in as often as I like, so that's perfectly fine with me.

I think I might hold out for FCE. I love fantasy faces so I can't wait. I hope they come with fantasy body parts too.

I love the colors too. I'm a sucker for colored resin and I think the green in gorgeous.

 

I was going to say the same ahah! I really think if enough people responded it would work and they may add a different option I might give it a go, but I also do like the lime green as its so out there and different! you could certainly blush them to make them more green or even brown or orange highlights

@Chrystika go for it! My sister made it for one of her guys but then passed it down to me. It's actually MSD sized so he kinda drowns in it but adorable none the less. Pawed hands isn't a new thing so go ahead and play! I'd love to see the results!

 

I want to get a tan Glot so badly but I would love to see them with gold or Amber colored hooves and horns but the green is really nice too.

 

I asked about a different hoof color. I also think Amber would be beautiful.

Sorry about the wait, Chrystika! Here are the photos I promised. I've been busy with all the deadlines and I had to install the operating system on my computer again, but that's another story... >_>;;
In my experience the bodies are quite similar in size; same clothes fit, at least I've never had an issue. The impldoll little one might be slightly slimmer than the teenies, but the difference is very small. He's a bit shorter (like two centimeters or so), BUT my bygg does have hooves, so it's really harder to tell... I use same sized wigs for both, but in the pictures you can see that the head looks a lot smaller (the difference, once again, is not as trastic!). I would say that impldoll clothes should fit on teenies well. :3

And oh my, it seems I just have to get a little white deer from Soom... >_> It's just perfect for what I have in mind...

Chrystika; Sorry that the pics were a bit blurry, I don't know why they came out like that :/ Just windows 7 64 bit. I had the 32 bit one before, but I needed more RAM, so I had to update it. The update also seems to have helped with my computer's annoying habit of crashing randomly.

Turpentine is really cute! What horn does he have? That's not the Bygg default and doesn't look like the Beyla default either (too pointy). I really like the color on his hooves!

They look like crocuses to me. Very pretty early-spring flowers.

 

Kelaria: The horn is from Camellia Dynasty :3 They also have very pretty wings and other option parts too! Turpentine didn't come with a horn of his own, so I had to buy him a substitute :/ I'm still trying to find the bygg/beyla horn, I'm sure somebody has an extra one he/she doesn't need...

Chrystika; Kelaria was right! They are crocuses ^^ Usually they are purple or white, we had purple ones in our garden~

Hi, long time no see Teenie Gem thread! Been busy with things so haven't visited here in a while but now I'm back! :3


I got one little Coyote Elf after all, although I at first thought I should hold back on getting more Teenies... or BJDs all together. But now I have a grey little furry thing coming and I'm hyper about getting him! ^3^

The human head is going to be a gijinka-version of Ren, Aoba's little robot allmate-dog from DRAMAtical Murder.

And the surprise head... I think he'll be a zombie pomeranian! I've been wanting a zombie-Teenie Gem for a while now and the surpise head would make such an awesome base for that. O3O

So he's going to become a pomeranian instead of a coyote. I don't know if I've ever anticipated for a Teenie so badly as I'm waiting for my little Coyote... ehm... Pomeranian! x'3 And he's special because I had already given up on getting him.

Who else is getting the Coyote Elves here? What are your plans for them (sorry you might have discussed this before but, I'm so excited and I just wanna talk a little bit about the coyotes right now~ )

And I have a question too... their sculpt name is Han and Asronn but which is which? Is the grey one Han or Asronn? I'm confused and couldn't find the answer from their order page... ^^;;

Congrats Spica on getting the grey one after all! I noticed how bummed you were after you thought you had missed them so I'm glad one is coming your way after all. And a zombie pomeranian sounds like a mirror of Remy And funnily both are Surprise heads of their sculpts! Are those two going to be connected somehow?
