Soom Points System - how does it work?

Their shopping system is similar to of other companies so it should ask you if you want to use your points when you check out and how many points you want to redeem.

 

I'm doing my second group order from Soom and I just order from them a lot in general xD

So I was wondering, so they have a price point where they give free shipping? My current GO is getting pretty high and I've heard of other companies doing it, so I was just wondering ^^

 

No, I'm pretty sure they don't sadly...

However, rack up enough points from buying things and you'd technically get 'free shipping' :P

haha true, but the money you'd have to spend to do that would probly cost way more than it's worth xD Only reason I have a bunch of points now is because they refunded an eye coupon as points rather than just taking the money off an order

 

Oh that's very true, but for those who love SOOM, it's more than completely worth it. Soom is dangerous company...

Hello ^^

I wasn't be able to find a specific SOOM points question so here goes:

I have 7.02 points accumulated at SOOM and I wish to use them to buy some light stuff, the thing is when I check-out I never see an option that stats "use my points" according to SOOM 's guide. There is only this little white fill box and when I fill it with points it still asks me to choose a payment option

Is there something I am missing?

I have seen before a little box that asks if you wish to use your points and then write in how much. Are you logged in? I know sometimes on the website I think I am when I'm not cause it logs you off pretty quick. If your in a rush, you can always purchase it, select paypal, and then in the message box ask them to please use your points and to deduct such and such amount to it. You can also then leave a note for Victoria. She has always been awesome with stuff like that and fixing it.

 

Soom says:
"You can use your store credit when it is above $2.
If you wish to use your point when you purchase, just check ‘point use’ when you choose payment method."

If you are making a purchase, odds are your order will be greater than just 7 dollars worth. You can put how many points you want to use into the box, but you will still need to select the payment option for how you will pay the remainder.
