SOOM Monthly Doll December (Sagittarius) the Third Land: Heliot God Master

Yes... yes... yesssss another gorgeous, sexy, beautiful Soom man! What a wonderful easter present! XD (well I suppose we could see him in person on april... ^^ ).

Of course he will be mine! I only hope he will have horse hooves as he looks to be a unicorn (awwww) and I hope he is not a centaur... or at last... Soom always gave the human parts too so I don't need to be worry at all...

Well I was looking for a replacement for one of my demons and it looks Soom did just the right one XD yeah!



by the way, he looks a bit as a dreaming version of Vesuvia with elven ears... (of course I love him for that reason too :P )

 

I just hope he has an alternate head. That big buildup around where the horn is will be distracting once/if it is removed.

Man, he is gorgeous! I can't wait to see all the full pics.

 

Soom said they will be closed on the 25th, which is tomorrow for them, so I'd say the day after.

And I can't wait to see his feet! ♥ His ears are lovely too!

that's funny, cause i was just thinking the same thing. x3 so at least maybe they saved themselves some effort by not having to create a whole new head sculpt.

it was nice of them not to wait until after the christmas break to give us the teaser though....

 

He looks very interesting to me. I won't be able to get him though, but so far I'm really liking the unicorn horn and the ears. He looks so fantasy...

It will be a definate "buy me". I missed too many good ones.
In one picture it almost looks like a mane, wings or some sort of furred body. hmmm.

 

Oh i have one more thing to say...Is it just me or dose he remind you of halios from Sailor moon?

I guess the question now is will he have two hooves or four?

 

I love the ears (what I can see of them) but I'm not sure what I think about the horn. Although if he has hooves like Sard or Beryl (as opposed to being a full centaur) he'd almost make a perfect Linyaari... oh dear, that would be tempting.

Although with Soom, there's no telling what direction they went. *bounces* I can hardly wait to see the rest of him.

 

Yeah, there's something fluffy in the background... Wings? That was my initial thought, but I doubt it now... O_o

 

Soom's heads are always a bit of hit or miss for me but... a modified Onyx head! No wonder I like him. I wish he has proper cloven feet like unicorns should and not horse hooves. Though, I won't mind either way because I don't have any more room for bigger dolls and thus can't get him. xD

I love the name Heliot. He's a beautiful boy. Nothing I would jump the gun and say I want. His eyes are gorgeous.

My first thought was *singing* "His horn can pierce the skyyyyy." And if you get that, much for you.

Definitely an Onyx head. Not thrilled about the permanent horn, but anxious to see his body.

That definitely looks like a guy, and it'd fit the pattern... how do I end up with more guys than girls in spite of the fact that I like the girls more in general? *squint* I suspect I'm going to get suckered in, especially if there is a non-horn head (which I'm betting there may be). The face looks very similar to Vesuvia's to me, and I loved her face, but just couldn't go purple.

 

Leave it to Soom to keep everyone on their toes with something unexpected.

He looks like a love child of Sard and Vesuvia to me. I would have no place in my collection for a permanently-horned unicorn, but he looks to be one I would buy just for his uniqueness if I had the extra money.

Heliot? Could he be a Mecha? Helios is obviously a star but Heliotrope is another name for bloodstone. The latter seems more likely.

It would be amusing to me if this 'Sagittarius' boy were to be formally released on my birthday.

 

I think it's too high up on his head, pushing his hairline back too far. There's way too much forehead, looks unnatural to me.

But man is he gorgeous. Severely, savings-account emptying gorgeous. He might just be the first MD I don't have to chase down on the second-hand market. If he comes with a normal head as an option part, I'm Soomed.

 

That's what I was thinking. He looked very Sard-ish to me.

Anyway, I won't be able to get him, not even if I really wanted to. I have Topaz and a new Supia girl though, so I don't feel too bad. But that doesn't mean that I'm not still curious about what he looks like. And he's got me very curious. His eyes are very lovely.

 

Ah you just made my day with that. It seems the perfect way to describe it...

And I know I'm not the only one crossing my fingers for hooves XD I have enough dreaming-eyed boys so I'm luckily not interested in the head, but I can't wait to see the rest!!!

I really never will stop being amazed at the things Soom can make me want. I don't like unicorns. I haven't liked unicorns since I was about six years old.... but I think I really want that. That face is just exquisite. Utterly exquisite. The more I look at it, the more I just shake my head, sigh, and resign myself to another layaway with Soom.

Sigh. I never thought I'd want a doll with a random crab claw, either, but Soom taught me otherwise.

 

oh oh oh horn must mean hooves!!!!!!!!!!!!hopefully you can get a different head but so the horn can "dissapear" and hopefully the body is better shaped than the souldoll body cause there is something not quite right with that one... i am soooooo getting him...somehow... goes off to show mum pretty doll XD

 

Urgh I don't really like dolls with unicorn horns, it always looks so awkward and I can't help but imagine that everytime they turned their head they'd get caught on something or poke someone's eye out.

No I'm not that impressed by him but again I eagerly wait for owner pics!

I'm betting there will be hooves, as I think I spy what looks like a fluffy tail to the left of the main teaser pic and second pic on the slideshow!!! I really, really have no money or space for another large doll, especially one with a horse's body (!!) but oh, ch..ching he is SOLD!

......I've just taken another look and think it could just be his reflection and not a tail... just a little over excited I guess!

 

Whoa! Well, I got the same thrill seeing those piccies of him as I did when I first saw Sard, and I still gaze at my Sard in absolute awe on a daily basis. I'm also not completely sold on the horn (as Screaming Angels says, it is just so impractical). But, unless they do something outrageously gimmicky with the rest of him, he will be my birthday doll. Yay!

 

*gulp* Me too. I got this icky feeling in my stomach when I looked at him. So far I have resisted every doll Soom has put out since Sard, and suddenly I am feeling like there is a chance I might not get away this time.

 

LOL Loagaeth. I guess it's Soom's fem-faced, butch-bodied beauties that get us! I also have not felt the need to get any of the monthly dolls since Sard, but this guy...

For me it all depends on what they have going on with his body. The unicorn horn makes me think he will be just what everyone was hoping for: a centaur. Although with Souldoll's centaur that just came out, they may take a different route. If he is a centaur, there would be a very slim chance I would be getting him. As cool as that is, I really have no desire for a centaur. If he has two legs and hooves like Sard however...

 

I'm sitting on the fence with this one. (my wallet is happy that I don't have the automatic 'want!' like Euclase xD)

I like the concept so far, the winter white with a unicorn horn. I'm not completely convinced he'll be a centaur though... maybe it's me. I'm anticipating for his release to make a clearer judgement.

In the mean time... Was wondering if anyone noticed how girly his hands are? Or is it just me?

 

Hm. If he is a centaur, my dreams will have come true. I am confident that Soom would take a different approach to the sculpt that Souldoll did and I have absolute faith that they would make him look stunning. If he has two hooves rather than four, however, he is still coming home to mama. Worst case scenario is that he is a male Topaz and has that transparent horn and pointy ears as his only two gimmicks. Let's hope that is as unlikely as it sounds.

LOL Loagaeth. Well, I would hang out all day in this thread if it weren't for the fact that I have family Christmas doings for the next three days. I will just have to obsessively log in to speculate from various parent's homes.

 

Yuki I noticed the things too and my first idea was that he was a female... but maybe they should have wrote "God Mistress" ... well if they want to make a male capricorn this one could be a female but I am not so sure.... (In my evil twisted mind I hope both will be a male XD ).... I only hope he is not a centaur....

 

Impossible to say for certain without seeing his whole self, but I am not really stunned. He's OK. I reckon I am safe. From him anyway. And I have no money even if I wasn't!

I'm not too sure about the unicorn horn, but if he has a human head, I'll absolutely enter a split for it. His face is too gorgeous I'm unable to resist!
I'm going for the centaur body too... it's Sagittarius month, and he's a unicorn... e_e luckily I don't have room for a centaur in my family, but if Soom decides to make our bank accounts drown with absolute gorgeousness... my kidney is sold. xD

Oh, btw, I had a dream last night that he was a 6-legged centaur in reference to Sleipnar (sp).
