Resolved softtnite

    1. I purchased a Minifee ShuShu from softtnite and the doll arrived July 12th and I messaged her that day saying the CoA that was listed as included wasn't with her. softtnite acknowledged that she forgot to include the CoA but said she would get it in the mail to me by Monday the 16th. I have not yet received the CoA, nor had any additional correspondence from softtnite saying it has or hasn't been shipped. I've sent a couple follow up messages but I'm worried she might not be seeing them. She mentioned a few times that she hasn't been doing well, which I am sympathetic too, but I just want to make sure the CoA that was promised is in fact coming to me. This transaction has been going on for just under a month at this point (the doll was paid in full on June 26th via PayPal. There unfortunately were multiple delays regarding shipping of the doll) so I am anxious to have it all concluded.

    3. I contacted malvinas yesterday after seeing that she had contacted me, and told her that I’d send the CoA out on Monday (tomorrow) which I will do. I haven’t heard back from her, so I hope that she saw the message and knows I’ll be sending it.

      I really apologize so much for being a bother, Mindy.

      I’ll be glad to get this matter resolved as it’s been worrying me as well. I haven’t been doing well and I know that’s no excuse though. I’m sorry!

    4. Yes, I can confirm I received the message yesterday saying the CoA should be mailed monday the 30th. Once I receive the CoA I'll consider this resolved.
