Hello everyone! So, I'm looking into potentially having a doll of mine cast and selling her once she's finished, but to do that, I would like to provide my future customers with as much information about her as possible. I can take all her measurements myself, but I don't know how to judge the measurements for eyes or wigs I have a pair of eyes that fit her perfectly, but don't know how to measure them, how do I? And where do I measure to determine her wig size? Is it just the circumference of her head? Thank you!
eyes: the diameter of the eyes (if they're spheres or hemi spheres). If you have those almond shaped eyes, then take the measurement of the diameter of a sphere that fits the eyesocket, and remember that the width of pupil is roughly 50% of the diameter of the sphere. wig: the circumference of the head will work most of the time, but sometimes you have to measure a slightly slanted circumference of the head that goes from forehead, above the ear, to the nape of the neck. This is the angle the wig will sit, and you have to convey to your customers what is the circumference of the wig cap opening that will fit over the widest part of the head covered by the wig.
